Expérience fantastique: Quelle société familiale fantastique sont C&G Inmobiliario. Nous les avons utilisés il y a 17 ans lorsque nous avons acheté notre maison par leur intermédiaire en tant qu'agent d'acheteur, puis à nouveau il y a 7 semaines lorsque nous leur avons demandé d'être notre agent de vente. Moins de 24 heures après le lancement de l'annonce, nous avions notre première visite réservée pour la semaine suivante, mais étonnamment, 4 jours plus tard, nous avons reçu un appel demandant si nous pouvions avoir une visite le jour même. L'acheteur potentiel est venu et en 40 minutes, nous avons convenu d'une vente, puis 6 semaines plus tard, nous avons finalisé chez le notaire. Un service fantastique dans l'ensemble, ils nous ont tenus informés à chaque étape. Je ne pourrais pas demander une expérience plus agréable et amicale. Je les recommanderais sans hésitation.

Expérience négative: Escroquerie pour touristes ! Nous avons passé une semaine dans un bien géré par CG Nerja rental et avons trouvé un ameublement vieilli. Les meubles étaient rances et le téléviseur avait un écran cassé. Il manquait un second jeu de clés, que nous n'avons pas reçu malgré nos demandes. Comme nous n'avons pas mentionné tous les problèmes dès le début, personne ne nous a avertis et on nous a accusés d'avoir cassé le téléviseur. On nous a prélevé 300 euros pour un téléviseur cassé datant de la préhistoire. Nos plaintes n'ont pas été prises en compte. Sur le site web, il est indiqué que 200 euros de caution sont bloqués, mais les messieurs ont directement prélevé 300 euros de la Mastercard sans notre accord. C'est un piège à touristes !

Expérience négative: Først bliver man begejstret for at de kan tale dansk. men finder hurtigt ud af at det er penge det hele handler om. Først lejede vi et hus, som vi ikke kunne blive registreret i, da det var en hestestald. Vi kunne ikke være i haven pga. stank fra det nedenstående kloak anlæg som vi ikke var blevet oplyst om. Indenfor lugtede der af hest. Og det er til genudlejning igen. Bagefter lejer vi en penthouse lejighed så vi kan have ro og tørvejr, resultat bygge plads dagen efter vi flytter ind samt vand i både soveværelse og bad. Jeg kan kun advare andre imod at bruge dette firma!
