Expérience fantastique: Super séjour à Marbella super appartement. On a vraiment bien aimé, très propre très accueillant George, une personne de confiance très respectueux, je le recommande fortement. L’appartement est super bien situé rien à dire.
Expérience fantastique: Gio est incroyable ! Nous avons séjourné dans son appartement à Málaga pendant un mois, et il a été serviable et disponible à chaque instant. Je réserverai certainement à nouveau si je reviens à Málaga.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons passé une semaine avec 4 adultes et 5 enfants dans un appartement avec des chambres très bien rangées et jolies, des salles de bains super belles. Il n'y avait pas de four pour rôtir, mais la plaque à induction et le barbecue compensaient. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme. La piscine du condo est super et la plage est à 2 minutes à pied.
Expérience fantastique: Giordano nous a assistés lors de notre recherche d'un appartement le long de la Costa del Sol. Après quelques visites de maisons, il nous a trouvé avec succès celui qui nous convenait parfaitement, dans lequel nous vivons maintenant. Il répondait toujours rapidement en cas de questions et nous a aidés avec les négociations. Merci Giordano!

Expérience négative: Be warned! I experienced the worst nightmare of my life as a result of the totally unethical conduct of the so-called Professionals in charge of M.I.P. They bulldozed and lied to me until I was in such a state of stress and anxiety that I allowed myself to be manipulated by them. The agent, whom I trusted as a friend, became impatient, rude, angry and almost hysterical as she pressured me. into changing from my long-standing lawyer to theirs because they needed to push the sale through and my lawyer would waste time. They persuaded me to transfer money to their lawyers account and, on my request, provided a guarantee in writing that my money was safe with their lawyer. They ensured that I felt powerless and vulnerable by forcefully insisting that I make a very fast and unprepared decision by placing me under an unacceptable level of pressure. They did not keep their word. They did not safeguard my money. The lawyer failed to defend my interests and I lost a great deal of money. Now, they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions which led to the loss of my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
We are sorry you experienced such a feel of frustration, however we feel that it is inappropriate to take out your frustration on us. I followed personally your case, and the events you just described are misrepresented and misinterpreted. You did different offers to negotiate the price of the property which eventually, your last offer was accepted. You told us many times that it was the right property for you and that you wanted to proceed with the purchase. We always told you the truth about that property, that there was another client interested in that property and that therefore it was better to proceed with the purchase. In fact, the property now has been sold to the other client. You have chosen your lawyer, which for us was completely fine, most of our clients have their lawyers. The only reason why we suggested our trusted lawyer was because your lawyer, for some reason… was not answering your calls anymore… You paid the deposit to the owner of the property and the property has been reserved and taken off the market for you, which is the normal procedure. After a couple of weeks, you decided to cancel the purchase of the property and to have the deposit back. You told us that the main reason for that decision was that you are now looking for a completely different type of property. Unfortunately, we all know that the deposit is lost when the buyer changes his mind after the property has been reserved and taken off the market. We have also tried to be on your side, by contacting the owner of the property and asking the favour to refund you. All of our team put a large amount of work, following you during the search process, also our lawyer during the preparation of all the documents, and eventually we didn’t earn anything from that. At this stage we think that you should take more responsibility for having changed your buying decision last moment and that it is inappropriate to take out your frustration on us.
