Expérience négative: Unsafe and extremely unreliable experience

Expérience négative: I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I came as a digital nomad for the summer where they advertised a modern apartment with AC. Firstly, there was no AC and secondly, the apartment is undergoing intense construction under heavy machinery in the shared space above. Every morning at 6am, I hear drywall and boots above my room in an unfinished apartment building. I did not receive at all what was advertised. When I asked for a change, they told me they did not have anything left for me to move into. For 6 weeks I have lived in an apartment under construction. On top of this, my property managers Cristobal and Kathryn have not even answered calls to assist with these matters, and essentially left me stuck in this situation. The construction workers in the apartment above put a hole in my bathroom ceiling where they could see directly through to my shower and only bathroom, and it took Cristoba over a week to come fix this issue. I have felt both unsafe and insecure living in this company's apartment. Cristobal has been unhelpful and unwilling to refund me so that I can find better and safer housing. I work remote, so this daily noise has been quite an inconvenience for meetings and concentration. Unfortunatlely, this company does not sell what they advertise and the apartments are much different from what's described. I would 100% recommend going to a more professional and SAFER company, especially if you are a foreign solo traveler. If you are a single woman, DEFINITELY DO NOT RENT FROM HERE as they will put you in an unsafe setting that will be hard to find your way out of. I have had a really hard experience with VLC Inmobilaria and I do not want anyone else to experience the poor management and unprofessionalism that I have. It was genuinely a 0/5 experience.

Expérience fantastique: ¡5 estrellas no son suficientes para describir mi experiencia con esta empresa! No tanto de la empresa, sino de las 2 increíbles personas que nos ayudaron en todo el proceso: CARLOS PONCE y RUBEN SANCHEZ. Somos una pareja de extranjeros lo que dificulta el proceso de encontrar casa en Valencia. ¡Hay muchas cosas que manejar! ¡Carlos Ponce hizo más de lo que pudo para ayudarnos no solo con el proceso de alquiler sino con una serie de otras cosas! ¡Ruben también fue increíble y siempre ofreció ayuda! ¡Ambos con una ética de trabajo y un corazón increíbles! Si tuviera que alquilar otra casa en Valencia, sin duda esta sería la empresa a la que pediría ayuda y sobre todo, a Carlos y Ruben! 100% recomendable!
