Expérience fantastique: Mónica has been extremely helpful in finding a flat share for our daughter. Her company's apartments are clean and well maintained. We were impressed by the fact that she was willing to organize a viewing for us at the weekend when the flat we had originally booked (with a different company) turned out to be dirty and unsuitable. I would recommend this company.
Expérience négative: Muy poco profesional. Desde 30 de agosto estoy esperando devolución de la fianza. Cinco mails enviados reclamando y pidiendo información y no se dignan ni a contestar..
Buenos días Guillermina, nuestras disculpas más sinceras, normalmente devolvemos las fianzas en 1 mes en estancias cortas. Analizamos el motivo de nuestro retraso de 15 días y buscamos solución. Un cordial saludo a su familia.
