Expérience fantastique: J'ai loué un appartement chez Vivebarcelona pendant environ 4 mois. Mon expérience avec cette entreprise a été parfaite ! Du premier jour où je suis arrivé à l'aéroport jusqu'au dernier jour de mon séjour où j'ai quitté l'appartement pour l'aéroport, Julien et Alejandro ont toujours été là pour m'aider. J'étais vraiment à l'aise dans l'appartement, l'emplacement était parfait, pas loin du centre-ville et j'avais presque tout autour de moi. L'appartement était entièrement meublé et ils ont fourni tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Donc, Vivebarcelona était le meilleur choix que j'ai fait pour mon séjour à Barcelone et je les contacterai définitivement à nouveau si je veux revenir dans cette belle ville.

Expérience fantastique: Au cours des sept dernières années, j'ai loué deux appartements différents. Les deux étaient très bien situés (Rocafort, Arc de Trionf), avec toutes les commodités y compris le wifi. Un service client génial 'sans tracas' - efficace et efficace. Le prix est correct ! Expérience fantastique: Tout d'abord, c'était génial comment Julien nous a traités pendant notre séjour. J'ai loué l'appartement avec deux camarades de classe. À notre arrivée, l'appartement était exactement comme décrit en ligne ! L'appartement est situé près d'un supermarché, d'un salon de coiffure et d'autres excellentes boutiques. Il est également situé à proximité du Passeig de Gracia et a une station de métro à 2 minutes de l'appartement ! L'appartement offre également une vue magnifique ! Si nous avions des problèmes dans l'appartement, Julien nous aidait toujours gentiment. Alejandro était aussi très serviable si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Je recommanderais vivement ViveBarcelona ! Des gens formidables et un service excellent.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons séjourné à Barcelone pendant presque 6 mois et avons eu le plaisir de tomber sur ViveBarcelona en cherchant un appartement. Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé un moment incroyable en séjournant à Barcelone pendant 3 mois grâce au travail incroyable de Julien et Alejandro en tant qu'hôtes. Ils étaient très bons pour rester en contact et s'assurer que je me sentais à l'aise dans une ville étrangère. Ils ont donné de nombreuses recommandations et n'ont jamais hésité à répondre à mes questions. L'appartement était bien plus que je ne l'imaginais et avait de nombreux petits luxes qui ont vraiment rendu mon expérience géniale. J'ai hâte de revenir et de séjourner à nouveau dans l'un de leurs appartements !

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu le plaisir de rester à Barcelone pendant 4 mois et Julien a rendu cette expérience plus qu'agréable. Il a non seulement organisé un taxi pour nous ramener de l'aéroport à notre arrivée, mais il nous a également fait visiter le quartier pour s'assurer que nous étions au courant des commerces locaux. L'appartement était propre, confortable et l'emplacement dans l'Eixample était idéal.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis arrivé à Barcelone en septembre et j'ai loué un appartement avec Vivebarcelona pendant 10 mois. L'appartement était excellent, il était proche de la Plaça Catalunya et il y avait une station de métro à un pâté de maisons. Il avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin et si quelque chose se passait mal avec l'appartement qui devait être réparé, Julien/Alejandro essayait rapidement de résoudre le problème. Hautement recommandé!

Expérience fantastique: Ma fille et son amie ont séjourné dans un appartement climatisé 2 chambres et 1 salon ainsi qu’un grand balcon, gére par Vivebarcelona dans le cadre de leur stage de 2 mois et demi. L’appartement est situé au centre de Barcelone dans le quartier de l’Example très calme et sécurisé, la Rambla est à 10 minutes à pieds. Bus, métro, commerces, restaurants sont tous proche. Stéphanie qui nous a reçu est très aimable et très à l’écoute. Le site est fiable aucune surprise. Ils savent se rendre disponibles si nécessaire. Je recommande vivement Vivebarcelona. Expérience fantastique: VIVEBARCELONA és clarament una bona agència d'apartaments de Barcelona. Bon servei, bona qualitat, decorats amb gust i no cal un alt pressupost pel lloguer. Són gent propera disposada a ajudar en tot el necessari quan ha calgut, tracte fàcil i tot el procés de reserva està digitalitzat. Els puc recomanar. I sens dubte confiaré en ells de nou!

Expérience fantastique: In a market full of low quality apartments, scammers and careless agencies, VIVEBARCELONA seems to be the only one providing good quality places, decorated with taste and not just budget, and good service. We stayed in Gràcia20 for 2 months and whenever we needed anything they took care of it immediately. The property is amazing, excellent location and equipped with anything necessary for a short&mid term stay. They are responsive, speak good English and all the booking process is digitalized so there’s nothing dodgy. I can definitely recommend them. And I will definitely stay with them again!

Expérience fantastique: We stayed in a great apartment near the Arc del Triomf. Good furniture, cleanliness and equipped with anything you could need. Wifi and TV were particularly good. The host was always available for anything that could come up. Absolutely recommend.

One tip: I do many things very well-cleaning is not one of them. Ask them to set you up with a maid. My maid is spectacular and really inexpensive. Expérience fantastique: ViveBarcelona works seriously and fair. The accommodation was exactly as described. Little issues raised during the stay were constantly quickly and very kindly solved. ViveBarcelona stays at your side during the time you're hosted, and that's the most important thing when it comes to spend a medium-long period of time in a place. I can recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Vivebarcelona has been fantastic, I've been staying with them for over 18months now! The apartments have been very comfortable and locations AMAZING. The service offered has been fantastic too, I've been dealing with Julien since the beginning and have always been taken care of, certain maintenance issues have been rectified very quickly. I would strongly recommend ViveBarcelona's apartments, I personally don't think you can find better value for money in Barcelona, especially for expats and non fluent Spanish speaking people, they make life very simple for you.

Expérience négative: I would not recommend a friend or a relative to book an apartment through Vivebarcelona. I don’t know if I got unlucky or if it’s just the way customers are generally treated by this agency. Just to be clear : generally speaking I’m a very easy-going customer. But my experience dealing with them has not been smooth. The apartment Eixample 21 that we booked for the whole month of August 2020 was supposed to have AC. After telling Julien several times that the AC was not working, an HAVC technician came over. But the technician never managed to make it work as the AC system in this apartment is just a very light cross ventilation. Julien kept saying the AC was working fine and didn’t even bother coming himself to the apartment to check if it was the case. We would have liked to know in advance that this apartment was not air-conditioned as we would have chosen a different apartment. No solution was offered by Julien (bring us fans, changing apartment, etc.) to make our days in nights bearable in the apartment. Overall Julien is friendly but is not professional as he didn’t manage to provide any solution to make our stay in Barcelona the best experience possible.

Expérience fantastique: I have rented an apartment in Gracia with ViveBarcelona twice. My apartment was in excellent condition, very comfortable, well-equipped. The location was great: beautiful neighborhood, close to shopping, metro station, restaurants - including churros ;) Julien and Alejandro are the best! Any questions or concerns and they respond within minutes. I'm already planning my next trip to Barcelona and will be renting from ViveBarcelona again.

The apartment was very comfy with all the amenities and Julien and his team did an outstanding job from the booking to delivering the keys to us. Never had an issue during these 30 days. El proceso de alquiler es muy sencillo y seguro desde el extranjero y las condiciones son en todo momento muy claras. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir, es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. También fueron muy diligentes en la asistencia y solución a los pequeños arreglos domésticos que surgieron durante nuestra estancia. En general todo el personal es muy amable y en especial Julien quien fue nuestro agente. Recomendamos a Vive Barcelona ciento por ciento !!!.

Expérience fantastique: We stayed at a fantastic place in the middle of Gracia. 5 minutes from the metro station and very near several buses, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was very modern, well-equipped and spotless. Julien and Alejandro were always easy to reach and very helpful. Only thing I wish they offered would be transportation to and from the airport, especially for late arrivals/ early departures. I will definitely use their services again when I return to the city!

Near bus/subway station of Arc de Triomf, Parc de la Ciutadella, and a nice 25 minute walk to the port area and Barceloneta. Bedrooms are comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and refrigerator was big, stove was great, combo microwave/oven worked well. Apartment had nice cross ventilation when patio door was open. Lots of light. Good Smart TV. Netflix is a big plus. Fast WiFi. Special thanks to Julien, he was very attentive during our stay.

The apartment was nice, clean and well furnished (except for the sofa, it has to be changeed ‘cause too old). Good price, considering how expensive is Barcelona in August. Somos una familia de 5 personas y nos pudimos acomodar muy bien. El apartamento nos encantó, muy bonito y bien equipado. Sólo cambiaría sábanas y toallas que estaban bastante gastadas, nos hizo falta una alfombra de baño. Recomiendo 100% quedarse en estos apartamentos. Volveremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Barcelona.
