Expérience positive: Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une bonne expérience avec Helphousing Barcelona. J'ai trouvé la chambre en ordre à mon arrivée et la maison elle-même avait tout le nécessaire. La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est le chauffage dans la maison et le bon fonctionnement du wi-fi qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement pendant quelques semaines. En conclusion, je peux dire que j'ai passé de bons mois dans la maison sans aucun problème dans la ville de Barcelone.

Expérience positive: Mon expérience avec l'agence a été agréable. Le propriétaire répond toujours rapidement et s'assure que tout problème avec l'appartement soit résolu dès que possible. Les chambres ressemblent à celles du site Web. Cependant, vous devez garder à l'esprit que si vous réservez pour l'hiver, cela peut être délicat avec la situation du chauffage car il n'y a pas de chauffage autre que de petits radiateurs dans chaque chambre. De plus, ils vous font payer un dépôt d'un mois + des frais de service équivalents au loyer du mois, que vous ne récupérez pas. Cela peut représenter un montant élevé à payer d'un coup, selon le prix du loyer. En général, bonne expérience.

Expérience positive: J'étais très heureux de mon séjour avec helphousing. Ils sont super soutenants dans leur communication et la chambre et l'appartement étaient exactement comme sur les photos. Le seul problème que j'ai eu était la moisissure dans ma chambre due à une fuite, mais cela a été pris en charge, ce dont je suis très reconnaissant.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une expérience magnifique. J'ai passé 6 mois à Barcelone et en contact avec l'agence. La chambre était très belle et lumineuse et correspondait aux images. Le quartier était excellent, très central. Les filles étaient toujours disponibles quand j'avais des doutes.

Expérience positive: Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une expérience positive avec l'agence. Tout était bien organisé et les réparations ont été effectuées immédiatement après signalement, et le service de nettoyage était un joli bonus. Cependant, les frais au début étaient vraiment élevés et certaines caractéristiques de l'appartement étaient différentes de ce qui était présenté en ligne.

Expérience positive: J’ai loué un logement pour 6 mois a Barcelone. Le logement était fidèle aux photos et l’emplacement super. L’agence, notamment Raquel, est très réactive en cas de soucis avec l’électroménager ou l’appartement en général.

Expérience négative: Je me suis rendu à l'adresse indiquée sur Google et je n'ai pu contacter personne pour m'assister. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a plusieurs bureaux qui partagent l'espace, et apparemment, la personne de helpHousing n'était pas là.

Expérience fantastique: Belle maison et administrateurs attentionnés. Très utiles aussi.

Expérience positive: J'ai loué une chambre dans un appartement partagé ici pendant six mois, je suis vraiment satisfait de leur communication ! Une chose qui est vraiment désagréable, c'est que vous devez payer des frais équivalents à un mois de loyer que vous ne récupérerez pas, ce qui peut être assez coûteux. Si quelque chose doit être réparé dans la maison, etc., ils s'assurent que quelqu'un vient assez rapidement, et ils répondent également aux messages rapidement ! Vous devez également apporter vos propres draps, etc.

J'ai eu un problème avec le WiFi une fois qui a duré un mois, mais c'était une situation difficile. De plus, tout est toujours résolu proprement et rapidement lorsque l'on communique, et c'est certainement un endroit fiable pour louer votre chambre à Barcelone ! Un inconvénient est que vous devez payer les frais d'administration d'un mois de loyer, ce qui est assez élevé.

Expérience négative: Ils prétendent juste être gentils mais ils sont cupides et ne veulent que votre argent. Ils mentent sur la taille des chambres. De plus, ils exigent des 'frais de service' dont ils n'ont pas parlé après que vous ayez accepté l'invitation.

Expérience négative: Mi estancia a través de Help Housing no fue tan placentera como pensé. El lugar no era como las fotos y faltaban muchas cosas que deberían ser esenciales para un lugar que ofrece alojamiento a estudiantes que están de paso (como almohadas, sábanas, toallas, utensilios de cocina básicos...) Asimismo tuve problemas con los pagos de los servicios; algunas veces me cobraban demasiado cuando lo que consumíamos definitivamente no era eso (por ejemplo, la calefacción nunca funcionó y ese servicio lo seguían cobrando); otras incluso me cobraron doble en el mismo periodo, lo cual la casera nunca me pudo ayudar a solucionar. Para los estudiantes que buscan alojamiento, recomiendo que renten un sitio que puedan visitar antes, y si les incluye los servicios dentro del pago mensual, muchísimo mejor.

Expérience fantastique: Raquel, and Chessie are the best person who handle everything and problem for this housing!

Expérience positive: The apartment is on La Rambla, located in the centre of Barcelona (two minutes walking from Placa Catalunya) and is close to all the facilities that someone can ask for. Raquel has been super nice with me when I needed help. Nevertheless the apartment is not as it looks on the pictures, as my room was extremely small. Moreover, a part of two of the five rooms in the flat, there are no windows facing on the outside so there’s no natural light in the common areas and in three rooms. Also, there’s no living room. For sure Help Housing has better accommodation and, as I said, Raquel has been extremely professional when I needed her help, but for my experience I only recommend the apartment in which I stayed for the location.

Expérience positive: Nice flat. Simple, but all necessary furniture. Everything that was broken was replaced fast. Easy check in and out at the start and end of stay.

Expérience positive: I enjoyed my stay in Barcelona. I lived in a shared apartment from August until December.

Expérience positive: The communication was good. The accommodation was nice, except there were no blankets. Something that I find a little inconvenient for a short stay room. Also the kitchen utilities like pots and pans were not very good to use. The apartment was also a little overpriced, but the service kind of made up for it. I would use helphousing again next time I need too.

Expérience fantastique: My experience with HelpBarcelona was great. They helped us when there is any maintenance problem and even with Empadron. I especially want to thank Raquel and Chessie about their attentiveness during my stay.

Expérience positive: In general I really liked the location. It was really helpful to have an agency in order to ask something about the flat or the payments. The only thing which could be improved are the pictures of the room because you can't really get an impression of the rooms.

Expérience positive: My friends and I had a great stay in Barcelona. We stayed for about a month in one of their apartments. The service from Help Barcelona was mediocre at best sometimes. For example we were not able to get into our apartment the first night, costs were booked to our account eventhough they could not be explained, or the fact that some furniture was faulty but never fixed during our stay, so we had to improvise. Our contact person was very kind, but the service was sloppy at best.

Expérience positive: I can recommend booking an Apartment with HelpBarcelona. It was a very easy process and worked out well. When I arrived i didn't knew about the administration fee you have to pay, which is a lot of money but i didn't care too much about it. You sign the contract and off you go to your new apartment. During my stay i had to switch apartments one time because there was mould in my room which was kind of a bummer! BUT they handled it nicely and i had a new room immediately. You will always have a contact person for any concerns which is nice too. I would recommend it.

Expérience fantastique: Posso dire di avere avuto un'ottima esperienza con questa agenzia, con uno staff sempre pronto e disponibile, l'appartamento è stato all'altezza delle aspettative e in particolare la stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa. Mi ritengo soddisfatto di questa esperienza e mi permetto di consigliarla per chiunque volesse approfittare di un soggiorno nel centro di Barcellona.

Expérience négative: Had a hard time with this 'company'. First of all they charge an insane administration fee of - in my case - almost 600 euro. I get that these companies need to earn money but then charge a fair fee like all other similar companies do - instead of this ridiculous one. And then realize that helpBarcelona did NOT provide any towels, pillows, bed sheets, clothes hangers, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing basket, coffee machine... An other company I have booked with in the past did all of this for not even a third of the admin fee of helpBarcelona. I did not know they were charging this since it was written really small and thus I unfortunately read over it. When I did - repeatedly - ask for the explanation of this crazy amount I finally received a response after waiting for a long time. I received an explanation with very basic things as the reason of the service fee (like making up the contracts and 'helping' students during their stay - things that are nowhere close to the fee they ask). Furthermore, when I was living in the house it seemed the neighbours did not like to live next to a house of young people / students. They tried to get rid of the people living in the house. The situation got so far that the house almost had to whisper instead of talking to avoid any complaints. The house was also accused of dropping food in the hallway without any evidence. helpBarcelona did not seem to choose the side of their own clients who pay them rent but rather the side of the neighbours - and this while they arranged the house themselves and had to do their proper research about the neighbours/neighbourhood before letting in people. I got into this soap on the first day of my arrival in the apartment and it seemed that helpBarcelona even kicked one tenant out of the apartment before I arrived (I can not say if this was fair or not since I was not there yet - but it says things about how the company 'solves' issues). To end with a positive note, luckily the intern who did the contact in person was luckily very nice and understood the situation really well which saved a little bit of my hard opinion. However at the moment she is probably not working there anymore. In short, if you are willing to undergo all of these or similar things then do not mind booking with helpBarcelona - especially if you do not care about your money at all (I can recommend you endless more fun things you can do with the money in Barcelona as well though). For me the activities of helpBarcelona do not seem to match their 'service company' description as ''making things as easy and simple as possible'' but in my opinion it is rather a money based rip-off 'company' who only cares about earning money and not about the people's wellbeing at all. Expérience fantastique: I've been living in Barcelona for a little bit more than a month now, and I was able to find this room with a very short notice, as they have a vast catalogue at their website. The apartment I am in is very well equipped and clean, and the flatmates are all very nice too. I would highly recommend for those who need to find a home but don't have enough time or knowledge about what it takes to rent a place in Barcelona. And from what I have been looking over here, the price is quite fair, considering the benefits. They will give you a very clear contract, along with instructions about everything. The best part is that you share an apartment, but you get to be very independent: you don't need to communicate with your flatmates about bills, rent, expenses, etc. Each person has their own stuff, their own room, their own key, their own space in the fridge/closet/bathroom cabinets/etc. The girls who work at the office are also super nice and always ready to solve any problems. And they have a maintanence guy who is one of the nicest people I've met in Barcelona and who is always ready to fix any problem the house might have, like a broken washing machine or any other malfunction. Highly recommended!
