Des gens comme vous rendent mon travail facile et confortable, toujours en avance sur mes pas, demandant et vérifiant que tout se faisait bien, pour ensuite me faire entièrement confiance et ne pas avoir à vous convaincre de ce que vous saviez déjà ou que vous aviez fait. Je me suis senti très aimé et soutenu par vous tous quand, le jour de la vente, nous avons décidé d'aller avec les vendeurs prendre quelque chose. D'autre part, nous avons un barbecue argentin en attente quand Prospero sera à Vicar, et bien sûr, Susana et Kike nous accompagneront. Une forte étreinte!

Expérience négative: Llame para un piso en Aguadulce y todavia estoy esperando la contestación
Buenos días. Acabamos de ver su comentario y queremos darle respuesta antes de 24 horas para que se sienta atendida. Hasta hace 2 días la única propiedad que teníamos en aguadulce se reservó hace más de dos meses y está ya vendida, aunque hace 2 días (el sábado por la tarde y hoy es lunes) publicamos una nueva propiedad, de la cual a primera hora de hoy lunes, aún no nos ha llegado ninguna solicitud, que facilite el teléfono de la persona interesada. Eso no significa que algunos portales, que no tenemos contratados, republican propiedades inmobiliarias y nos envían solicitudes sin su teléfono ni datos de contacto, solamente para que paguemos por sus datos. Así pues le invito a que use los principales portales inmobiliarios (Pisos.com, Idealista, Fotocasa) que si nos envían su información, o que use el botón de llamar o chatear que hay justo junto al de publicar reseña en Google. Y si su envío fue de hace más tiempo, puede que su teléfono sea uno de los que no nos atendió a alguna de 3 llamadas mínimas que hacemos, porque están apagados o porque su propietarios están trabajando. Buenas tardes Sr. o Sra. Tay Diaz. Lamento su comentario, y le invito a contactar con nosotros a partir del próximo día 18 de mayo de 2020. En orden a sus comentarios y recomendaciones decir lo siguiente: 1º Llevamos cerrados desde el 13 de marzo por el estado de alarma. ¿Quizás a usted le estuviera permitido ir a visitar casas?, pero a nosotros no. 2º Hasta el día de hoy no realizamos visitas a las viviendas de nuestros propietarios por respeto primero a la salud de ellos, y segundo a la de ustedes compradores. Más hubiéramos querido nosotros poder hacer visitas y cerrar ventas. 3º Sólo vendemos viviendas de particulares, y tenemos toda la información a su disposición para ofrecérsela en nuestra oficinas, si bien la mayoría puede encontrarla en la web. Así pues, usted no puede saber lo que sí o no sabemos porque no ha hablado con nosotros, al no haber podido ir a nuestras oficinas ya que estaban cerradas por el estado de alarma del COVID-19. 4º Si hubiera contactado telefónicamente con nosotros, le habríamos facilitado la información suficiente por teléfono, y la complementaríamos después para que no haya malentendidos, con un envío de la ficha completa de la propiedad mediante whatsapp. Si nos ha llamado y no le hemos cogido el teléfono es que estaríamos hablando con otra persona, realizando formaciones on-line, limpiando y preparando las oficinas para la vuelta al trabajo. Ya se le devolverá la llamada en tiempo y forma. 4º Durante estos días cerrados, hemos preparado herramientas para teletrabajo para que todos nuestros clientes compradores puedan realizar visitas con tour virtual a las propiedades sin que tengan que salir de su casa, ya sea con su ordenador o móvil. Si hubiera contactado con nosotros le hubieramos ofrecido evidentemente este servicio. 5º Ahora que ya se puede, y que nos hemos posicionado tecnológicamente, durante la última semana hemos estado llamando a todos nuestros clientes, contactos recibidos por email, llamadas perdidas y preparando las firmas en notaría que teníamos aplazadas. Supongo que un día de estos, tocará que le llamemos a usted. 6º Si usted realmente hubiera tenido una urgencia de compra y no necesitara financiación para la misma, podría haber contactado con nosotros por un medio más rápido que éste, al igual que han hecho otros clientes, es decir, por email, whatsapp, varias llamadas de teléfono. 7º Por lo que puedo ver no es el primer comentario negativo que hace a las inmobiliarias, acción normalmente realizada por agentes de otras inmobiliarias. Le animo a que nos conozca y que pueda libremente cambiar su opinión sobre nosotros. Sin otro particular, aprovecho para desear que todos nuestros clientes y allegados se encuentre bien de salud.

Madre mía !!!. Que sorpresa tan decepcionante !!!. Se nota que es una fake (falso) comentario, ya que nosotros no cobramos al cliente comprador, sólo al cliente vendedor y el día que se realiza la venta en notaría. Por tanto, el comprador no paga, el vendedor paga lo acordado el primer día y sólo si hacemos nuestro trabajo, QUE ES VENDER LA VIVIENDA.
