Expérience fantastique: Ayant traité avec de nombreux agents immobiliers au fil des ans, je peux sincèrement dire que Michelle chez My Costa Blanca Home est de loin la meilleure. Rien n'est trop compliqué, et Michelle fait vraiment le meilleur pour ses clients, allant bien au-delà de ce qui pourrait être attendu d'elle. Un service fantastique.

Expérience positive: Après 6 mois de recherche de maison avec Michelle et Leon qui ont été très utiles et patients, nous avons enfin trouvé notre maison. Le seul point négatif est que les 5 appareils blancs n'ont pas été laissés comme promis, donc avis à quiconque achète : faites un inventaire car aucune compensation n'est donnée.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent service, très bon agent, a écouté nos souhaits et grâce à elle nous avons trouvé notre finca. Nous étions toujours les bienvenus au bureau. En un mot 'Topservice'.

Expérience négative: On nous avait demandé d'enlever notre avis négatif ( nous ne recevions pas comme promis les biens disponibles suivant nos critères ), ce que nous avons fait. Après échanges de courriers électroniques rien n'a changé. Agence à ne surtout pas recommander

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons utilisé My Costa Blanca Home pour vendre la propriété de mon beau-père en Espagne. Avoir vendu un certain nombre de propriétés au Royaume-Uni au fil des ans, je n'ai jamais été incité à écrire une critique pour les agents immobiliers concernés (la plupart ont été plutôt inutiles). Michelle chez MCBH a certainement rompu le moule. Traiter la vente d'une propriété à 1 000 miles de distance n'était pas quelque chose que nous attendions avec impatience, mais grâce aux conseils, à l'orientation et au soutien totalement professionnels que nous avons reçus, cela a été remarquablement indolore. Je ne peux vraiment pas recommander Michelle et MCBH assez, et j'aimerais pouvoir leur donner 6 étoiles ! Un grand merci.

We had a few false starts with other agents/properties, as we were nervous about buying in a semi-rural area - and couldn't make up our minds. But at all times Michelle was thoroughly professional, helpful and responsive. She and Leon have been an invaluable source of information and help about the local area, and could not have done more for us.
