Expérience fantastique: Nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse du début à la fin en travaillant avec Terry. Nous étions des novices complets en ce qui concerne le marché immobilier espagnol et il nous a guidés jusqu'à l'achat réussi de notre maison de rêve. Il a fait tout son possible pour s'assurer que chaque étape du processus soit pratique et facile, et il nous a référés à des professionnels qui ont fait du bon travail pour nous depuis.

Expérience fantastique: Service brillant de la part de Mark du début à la fin, je le recommande vivement. J'avais cherché une propriété à louer pendant un moment, Mark m'a trouvé ma maison parfaite. Le processus a été tellement facile avec l'aide de Mark et Mariola, merci.

Expérience négative: Ils ont cessé de me répondre après que j'ai répondu à la question de quel pays je viens (Ukraine). Expliquant cela en disant que les propriétaires sont contre. J'ai une capture d'écran des messages. Personne ne m'a parlé de l'âge et des animaux (en ce qui concerne le chien, on m'a dit que tout allait bien) Meilleurs vœux.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons récemment acheté une propriété à Nerja et nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux du service que nous avons reçu de Villasol. La vente a impliqué de nombreux défis (tous hors du contrôle de Villasol) et a finalement pris un total de 18 mois. Karen est restée communicative et soutenante tout au long du processus, ce qui a été très apprécié compte tenu des complexités de la vente. Nous sommes retournés visiter la propriété plusieurs fois durant cette période et les visites ont toujours été facilitées sans problème. Mention spéciale à Terry, qui a été très patient, flexible et utile lors de chaque visite de la propriété. Expérience fantastique: J'ai maintenant organisé un bien locatif deux fois par l'intermédiaire de Villasol. Les deux fois, cela a été organisé en 1 jour. Une fois à Nerja et une fois à Frigiliana. Si vous aviez des questions ou si quelque chose devait être fait dans la maison, ils étaient super rapides et amicaux en tant qu'intermédiaire.

Expérience négative: Je voudrais partager mon expérience après ma récente rencontre avec votre entreprise. Lorsque j'ai visité votre bureau pour des informations sur les options de location, j'ai eu une conversation avec un employé. Nous avons planifié un rendez-vous où une inspection de ma maison aurait lieu pour obtenir plus d'informations sur le processus de location. Quelques jours plus tard, un employé est arrivé pour prendre des photos de ma maison. Cependant, j'ai demandé à obtenir des informations en premier avant de mettre ma maison en location. Malheureusement, cet employé n'a pas compris mon besoin de clarté et a donné une indication de prix sans avoir vu ma maison. Cette détermination de prix semblait arbitraire et prématurée. Ce qui a encore compliqué la situation, c'était le manque de professionnalisme lorsque l'employé a refusé d'enlever ses chaussures sales, pleines de sable. Cela a non seulement provoqué de l'irritation, mais a également donné l'impression qu'il y avait peu de respect pour ma maison. Cette expérience m'a sérieusement amené à réfléchir à la crédibilité des avis positifs concernant votre entreprise. Je suis préoccupé par le fait que la sincérité de ces avis puisse être remise en question. J'espère que ces retours détaillés aideront à apporter des améliorations au service client et à l'approche des clients potentiels.

Ils ont expliqué en détail le processus d'achat de notre propriété, nous ont aidés à parler à toutes les personnes dont nous avions besoin et nous ont donné beaucoup d'aide tout au long du processus jusqu'à l'achèvement. Toutes les questions ont été répondues rapidement et c'était définitivement mieux que n'importe quelle expérience que j'ai eue au Royaume-Uni!

Une équipe professionnelle qui nous a énormément aidés avec notre location à long terme. Si vous voulez un bon service et une bonne communication, ce sont les personnes à voir.

I was very given great advice by Terry from start to finish. I had a very prolonged sale due to probate in the UK however the buyer's and villasol were very patient in waiting and the sale completed around a year after they agreed to purchase my apartment. In the summer I sold my inland property and planned to move to the coast, preferably to Nerja. However, I soon discovered how difficult it is to find long-term rentals on the coast, let alone at a reasonable rent, especially in Nerja. I had almost given up hope when Karen emailed me with the details and video of an apartment that had just come on the market which she thought might suit me. So it proved. We dealt with Villasol - who minded us every step of the way including recommending a really thorough solicitor locally. We couldn't fault them at all - in really difficult circumstances. Terry was our main contact and was really excellent, very understanding, reassuring and nothing was a problem for him. We would unquestionably use Terry and Villasol again in the future.

Expérience négative: Actually one star is also too generous. I have sent numerous enquieries to them regarding (seemingly) interresting properties for sale and for lomg term rental. However, on 100 % of the cases, the properties are not available. With regard to rental objects, they are not willing to answere anything about for how long they are rented, etc. Their website is merely loads of "baits" to make you contact them, and then the story repeats itself with a lot of questions, regardless of what you have given of info in connection with the enquieries: what is your budget, what kind of property, what rental period, what region; even sometimes; what is your income (!). The standard answere from them is that their website is not an availability site! What the f.... are they doing for the money the make? This is just simly cheating potential clients.I have tried to call them to ask the same questions as I made with my enquieries, but they just strangle me with continuous talking, absolutely unwilling to listen, whatever method you try; polite or inpolite, I wonder, in their upbringing, if someone ever told them that the customer is always right? I have only one advice; KEEP AWAY!!

When I was in trying to speak to one agent, Caroline, the owner Karen started shouting across the office that Caroline or them didnt have time to talk. Caroline had more important things to do. This was urgent though. When Caroline was showing the apartment we started renting, it took 30 seconds and we got no information about who to Contact when we had problems or issues. The apartment was in very bad condition and some things were broken when moving in. At one point when we had big problems with the apartment, we called at the Office hours but never got an answer. Tried writing on whatsapp and got an answer back that they didnt have time to answer. We recommend that you never rent or buy anything from Villasol Real Estate Agency. Stay away.
