Expérience fantastique: Nous avons acheté un bungalow à Puerto Del Carmen en juillet chez Atlantico Homes, et que pouvons-nous dire sinon un énorme merci à l'équipe d'experts d'Atlantico ? Dès le début, Martin était toujours au téléphone, et Fal et Julia au bureau se sont occupés de tout ce dont nous avions besoin : banque, notaire. Nous n'hésiterions pas à utiliser à nouveau Atlantico Homes. Merci beaucoup, nous aimons notre maison au soleil. De M et D.

Expérience négative: Nous avions convenu avec une certaine Julia de visiter un complexe touristique, et il s'avère que la sécurité du complexe nous a informés qu'il était interdit d'entrer dans les lieux. Renseignez-vous bien avant de faire appel aux services de ces gens.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons acheté notre appartement par l'intermédiaire d'Atlantico en février 2024. Je ne peux rien leur reprocher. Ils se sont assurés que tout était fait pour nous tout au long du processus. Ils nous ont toujours tenus informés et ont répondu à toutes les questions et demandes immédiatement. Un processus fluide, facile et sûr du début à la fin. Je les recommanderais vivement à quiconque envisage d'acheter ou de vendre avec eux.

Expérience négative: En tant que propriétaire d'une série de propriétés, je leur ai confié la tâche de les vendre. Il s'avère qu'ils facturaient un supplément aux clients en dehors de l'acte public. Selon mes preuves que nous présenterons à un juge, ils facturaient 20 000 euros si vous étiez étranger et 10 000 euros si vous étiez espagnol. En résumé, des pirates.

Expérience négative: Méfiez-vous de ces pirates. Lorsque vous allez acheter une maison, ils vous demandent de l'argent en dehors de l'acte notarié.

Expérience fantastique: Oh mon Dieu, par où commencer ? Atlantico Homes sont les personnes les plus fantastiques, professionnelles, nobles et honnêtes que je connaisse. Je viens de finaliser l'achat d'un appartement à Puerto Del Carmen la semaine dernière. 95 % des démarches ont été effectuées par Atlantico Homes, j'ai eu très peu à faire, tout ce que j'ai fait a été expliqué en détail, rien n'était trop compliqué, le notaire, le compte bancaire, les contrats, tout a été organisé et expliqué par Atlantico Homes. Je peux honnêtement dire que j'ai été surpris par à quel point Fal, Julia et Martin étaient bons, les visages d'Atlantico Homes, les personnes qui font avancer les choses. Sans leur aide, et désolé les gars, je dois remercier Fal pour tout ce qu'elle a fait pour me rassurer pendant l'achat de mon magnifique appartement. BRg Tony

Ils vont avec vous à la banque, vous obtiennent le numéro NIE, et enregistrent tous les impôts ainsi que les services d'électricité et d'eau. Pas comme chez Lanzarote Investments. Là, vous devez engager un avocat pour toutes les activités mentionnées et vous devez payer ces coûts supplémentaires avant la notarisation.

They helped us with the Notary, arranging a bank account and and obtaining our NIE numbers. Expérience fantastique: In January 2023 we sold our property in Matagorda with Atlantico Homes. The reason we chose to work with the team, is because we purchased our property with them 10 years ago. On both occasions the advice and support we received was excellent. When we bought the property, the team helped us with every step in the process, from opening a bank account, and registering with the various utilities, to the actual purchase. It was a remarkably stress free process throughout. When the time came to sell this year, we did not consider using any other Company to work on our behalf. Martin is very knowledgeable about market prices and trends, and gave us sound advice throughout the sales process. He ensured that any prospective Buyers were credible, and advised us well on accepting, or rejecting, various offers. Julia was very thorough, and ensured that every single legal requirement was fulfilled. She was a pleasure to work with, and even helped us to complete the bank transfers to the UK with the sale proceeds. I have no hesitation is recommending this team and their great service !

Expérience fantastique: We recently bought our first property on the island after thinking about it for years, thankfully we chose to go with Atlantico Homes after other people living on the island recommended them to us, we’re so glad we did. Firstly Martin showed us many properties and when we found the one we wanted he took us back to view it numerous times and was happy to help. Fal sorted all the breakdown of finances, organised a bank account, other legal requirements and put us in contact with whitespay who got us the best rate to transfer the funds. Nach einem ersten Kontakt bekam ich sofort die ersten Vorschläge und einen Tag später die ersten Besichtigungen. Ich hab mich sofort in das erste Appartement verliebt, zwar noch zwei andere mit Julia angeschaut, aber meine Entscheidung war gefallen. Was anschließend ablief, war Immobilienkauf in Perfektion. Alle bürokratischen Arbeiten wurden abgenommen, Bankkonto eröffnet und NIE zusammen mit Julia erledigt. Am Tag des Notartermins gab es noch ein kleines Problem mit der Bank der Verkäuferin, aber auch das wurde ganz schnell erledigt. Ich bin absolut Happy so eine unkomplizierte, kompetente und menschlich so hervorragende Maklerin wie Julia gehabt zu haben, und kann Atlantico Homes absolut empfehlen ☀️️

Expérience fantastique: Buying a property in Lanzarote had been a dream of ours ever since we first came to the island, but the thought of dealing with associated bureaucracy had always put us off making that step. This time we progressed from the window shopping to speaking to estate agents, and it was only once we had spoken to Fal at Atlantico Homes that we felt confident enough to make the next move. Fal explained the process and the associated costs in detail, and that she would be there to help us with each and every step needed to realise our dream. With our fears allayed, we went through the list of properties in our price range and between us we came up with a shortlist of properties to view. We spent a morning viewing 6 properties in total, discussing the pros and cons of each to narrow down our priorities. By the end of the morning we had fallen in love with an apartment in the Atlantic View complex in the Los Mojones area of PDC (old town), which was undergoing a complete renovation of the complex under the management of Atlantico Homes. As we had viewed the property in the early stages of the renovation, we were able to work with Johnny from Atlantico Homes and design the layout of the property interior to make it suit our needs, even down to where we wanted the electrical sockets! We were able to make regular visits to the apartment whilst it is undergoing the renovation, and Johnny has been available to discuss the progress and answer any queries we have had. Throughout the process of buying our new apartment, Fal was true to her word and arranged the appointments required to get our NIEs and to set up our Spanish bank account, to which she accompanied us to ensure we understood everything and could ask questions about anything we were unsure of. At any time that we had any questions, Fal was quick to respond to emails or texts, and we felt fully informed of the progress in the purchase. When it came to the big day where we became the owners of the apartment, Fal drove us up to the Notary office in Arrecife, where she dealt with all of the paperwork on our behalf. We met with the Independent Translator who read through the contract to ensure that we understood what we were signing for. After signing the contract, Fal then set up the direct debits for the Community fees and property related taxes. We can highly recommend using Atlantico Homes for your property purchase; they are genuinely nice people who take the stress out of buying your place in the sun, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

We spoke to two estate agents but both was negative speaking about each other’s agency one even told me not to use one and this was very off putting and not nice behavior. While we was walking in Puerto del Carmen we spotted a company called Atlantico homes.The next day they met us in Playa Blanca at our hotel to show us two new developments in Playa Blanca. We fell in love with both but we decided to go with Atlantico Rubicon Villas as they are so close to the new development going on and believe this is a good investment. They have already set the ball in motion with opening a bank account and are sorting are NIE numbers out for my wife and I. They also have a hotel of their own and we will stay there when we come back to sign at the end of October free of charge. We are so happy with are new home and Can’t wait to actually sign and get our new holiday home. Thank you

Am Anfang lief es etwas zäh, es dauerte lange bis sie uns alle für uns nötigen Unterlagen für die Immobilie zur Verfügung stellten. Erst nach Hinterlegung der Anzahlung bei einer Anwältin wurden sie dann kooperativer. Aber ab dann lief alles ohne Probleme. Besonders hervorzuheben hierbei ist die super Zusammenarbeit mit Julia H. Von atlantico homes. Ohne den Kontakt zu ihr hätte ich die Kaufverhandlungen wahrscheinlich abgebrochen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
