Lanzarote Lates - Holiday Villas

Expérience fantastique: Je ne peux pas recommander Louise et l'équipe de Lanz Lates assez, mon vol a été déplacé 3 fois, donc les dates de ma villa ont dû être déplacées 3 fois, chaque fois ils ont réussi à m'accommoder heureusement dans la même villa, mais je sais aussi qu'ils auraient fait de leur mieux pour trouver une solution. Je vais 100% utiliser Lanz Lates à nouveau... mais pas la même compagnie aérienne... vivement novembre et un énorme merci à l'équipe de Lanz Lates.

Expérience fantastique: Merci à Louise et à tout le personnel de Lanzarote Lates pour avoir rendu notre séjour de novembre si agréable. Nous devions séjourner dans la Villa Mo, mais malheureusement, il y avait un problème inattendu avec la piscine et ce n'était pas possible. Louise a appelé le jour avant notre vol, s'est excusée à plusieurs reprises et avait déjà organisé un surclassement. Cette villa était plus grande, magnifiquement décorée, spacieuse et très propre avec toutes les commodités. Elle avait même réalisé que c'était mon anniversaire et avait préparé des bulles pour notre arrivée ! Nous avons été visités le lendemain pour s'assurer que tout allait bien - ce qui était le cas, et on nous a donné des idées d'endroits à visiter. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable. Pour quiconque envisage de séjourner sur l'île, je recommanderais vivement de considérer Lanzarote Lates. Nous les utiliserons certainement à nouveau. Merci encore à toute l'équipe.

Ils ont loué et géré ma villa depuis que je l'ai achetée et je n'ai jamais été moins que 100 % satisfait de leur service... toujours avec un sourire aussi !

Expérience fantastique: J'ADORE Casa Aloe Vera à Playa Blanca. Je te dirais combien de fois j'y suis allé - mais j'ai perdu le compte ! Nous y venons deux fois par an et nous en profitons de plus en plus à chaque fois. L'équipe de LL s'occupe de chaque aspect de la villa et de notre séjour. La piscine a été nettoyée pour la deuxième fois aujourd'hui et nos lits ont également été préparés pendant la semaine. Un endroit fabuleux. Si vous pouvez réserver, alors réservez - 2017 s'annonce déjà chargé !

Expérience fantastique: Il y a 5 ans, nous avons découvert Lanzarote Lates et depuis, nous passons nos vacances deux fois par an dans une villa gérée par Lanzarote Lates. Le service est parfait et le personnel est très sympathique, que demander de plus ?

Expérience fantastique: Une belle villa 5 étoiles, tout ce que vous pourriez désirer dans un chez-soi, merci à Louise pour avoir fourni un pack de bienvenue très apprécié à notre arrivée. La villa est très spacieuse et magnifiquement meublée, à seulement quelques minutes à pied d'un supermarché local ; vous pouvez vous rendre au port à pied ou prendre un taxi pour 3,50 €. Un grand merci à Louise et Phil pour toutes les informations précieuses fournies. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Expérience fantastique: Great place to spend time with the family! We have stayed in two bedroom villa, with two kids and absolutely loved it. There is terrace in front of the house, that serves well when its sunny and hot and pool is next to it whenever you are ready for a dive! Villa is spacious and has two bathrooms, what is nice when you are with many people. Overall everything was perfect with our stay only wish pool was a little bit warmer.

Expérience fantastique: My Aunt rented a beautiful Villa off dave/lanzarote lates (casa Morgana I think) process is amazing. Villa was spotless and per person the private Villa was cheaper than cheapest hotel. Website can feel hard to navigate at times when going by date but it's worth the effort for the views a short walk away

Expérience fantastique: Following the lifting of lockdown travel restrictions, we made enquiries with the office and all 3 enquiries were answered quickly and completely and we subsequently made a booking. All emails regarding the booking were clear and the Manage my Booking link worked well. Payments have been over a secure method and cancellation terms have been provided. So far its been an easy transaction.

Expérience fantastique: Just returned from our two Week holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote & wanted to thank all the efforts from Lanzarote Lates for making this a smooth, stress free & most importantly safe trip throughout. All emails before & during our trip were answered by Damion with speed & honesty, putting any concerns to rest. We requested that fresh bedding/towels to be dropped off & that house keepers weren’t required during our trip which was happily carried out by LL. David still visited to carry out pool cleaning duties but all was carried safely with the current climate in mind we’re in. As for Playa Blanca as a whole, masks are generally being worn whilst in shops, all restaurant staff are wearing them, hand sanitizers in place at all restaurants/shops, social distancing is in place, beaches we’re nice & quiet, felt very safe throughout. Was still able to go Scuba diving, most dive centres open with all Covid safety measures in place. Airport proceeding were fine, well organised & stress free. Obviously things feel a little different but it didn’t prevent us doing anything or from feeling relaxed throughout . We’ve been using Lanzarote Lates for 10 years now & this last trip proved why we keep using them, can’t thank them enough for making this “testing times” family holiday just perfect & totally safe. Here’s to another 10 years !

This is our 4th year to book with them and their customer service is provided from the minute you make the initial booking enquiry to when you shut your villa door for the last time on your day of departure. The cleaning and pool staff have always be friendly yet professional and the villas we have stayed in to date have been absolutely excellent and a real home away from home, esp with kids.
