Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment acheté une villa par l'intermédiaire d'Optima Estate. Tout au long du processus, Johanna a été extrêmement utile, non seulement en effectuant la visite et la négociation, mais aussi en fournissant un soutien pour d'autres choses comme : trouver un avocat, un technicien de piscine et une société de sécurité. Johanna était toujours disponible pour parler et a rendu tout le processus aussi facile que possible. Je recommande vivement Optima Estate.

Après avoir rencontré et visité de nombreuses autres propriétés avec d'autres agents immobiliers (la plupart étant bons), je peux affirmer catégoriquement que Johanna d'Optima était de loin la meilleure et a fourni un contact régulier tout au long du processus d'achat, aidant à aplanir tous les problèmes en cours de route. Expérience fantastique: Nous avons acheté une maison à Playa Blanca avec Optima Estate et l'avons maintenant revendue. Dans les deux cas, le service et le traitement professionnel étaient excellents ! Optima Estate dispose d'un large réseau d'avocats, d'artisans, de notaires – tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un achat/vente de biens immobiliers. Si nous devons acquérir une propriété ici à nouveau, nous savons où aller.

Expérience fantastique: Ma femme et moi avons acheté une maison fantastique à Playa Blanca dès avril 2024. Bien que nous soyons restés à l'étranger hors d'Europe pendant plus de deux mois à ce moment-là, le processus d'achat s'est déroulé parfaitement et sans heurts. Cela est clairement le mérite de Johanna van Hal d'Optima Estate ! Sur sa recommandation, nous avons engagé un avocat espagnol parlant allemand, qui a géré tous les formalités nécessaires de manière fiable en notre absence. Nous n'avons eu que les meilleures expériences avec Johanna. Elle est absolument compétente et extrêmement amicale, serviable et digne de confiance ! En cas de vacances, elle a été aisément et sans problème représentée par Sonia Vargas. Il est particulièrement remarquable que Johanna ait été disposée à aider même APRÈS l'achat de la propriété. Ce n'est pas la chose la plus facile à faire, mais tout le processus a été simplifié par le merveilleux personnel d'Optima. Notre agent, Johanna, était extrêmement utile et compétente. Tous les problèmes et questions ont été résolus immédiatement. La rapidité de réponse était très impressionnante. Nous avons reçu d'excellents conseils concernant l'ouverture d'un compte bancaire espagnol, la rencontre d'un avocat et l'organisation des numéros NIE. Ce fut une agréable surprise de constater qu'acheter à Lanzarote, tout en vivant au Royaume-Uni et ne parlant pas espagnol, a été rendu très simple grâce aux conseils experts et détaillés fournis par notre agente Johanna. Elle a coordonné entre les avocats et nous sur tous les aspects de la transaction jusqu'au règlement final 7. Elle a continué à fournir des conseils et une orientation rapides sur toutes les questions survenues après l'achèvement. Nous ne pouvons pas la remercier suffisamment pour toute son aide et nous recommandons Optima Estates pour fournir un service supérieur sans hésitation pour toute transaction immobilière résidentielle.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai séjourné à la Villa Blue - No66 à Playa Blanca avec ma femme, 2 belles-sœurs et ma belle-mère. Tout était génial : des serviettes séparées pour la piscine ont été fournies, ainsi que 2 ensembles de serviettes pour les mains et de serviettes de bain pour chaque personne. La villa était très propre. Il y avait du thé, du café, de la pizza, de l'eau, du lait et beaucoup d'autres choses en complément. Nous y avons séjourné 7 nuits, et quand la piscine est devenue froide et qu'une des lumières de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai envoyé un e-mail et cela a été réparé le lendemain. Nous avions un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un sèche-cheveux... la liste est sans fin. Excellente villa et excellent service de la part d'Optima Villas. Nous reviendrions sûrement. Merci.

Having never purchased a property abroad we were understandably nervous. Thankfully the whole experience was excellent, from the original viewing online, the in-person viewings and then all the legal paperwork and finances. Johanna set us up with a great solicitor in Arrecife as well as an appointment to open a bank account. She even helped us with contacts after completion. Honestly we can not recommend Optima Estates enough, professional people and a pleasure to do business with them.

From the initial contact right the way through the service we got was first class and we always felt our interests were being prioritised.This was a very new experience to us and Johanna not only helped us through the full buying process but suggested reliable solicitors, Currency Companies, Banks to go to and she also helped guide us through the many nuances of Spanish law which differ greatly from British law. I arranged to meet Julia who picked me and took me to the villa, the villa was amazing as was Julia, I put an offer in within 3 hours of viewing. Throughout the process Julia has been excellent and I don’t think i would be lying here in the beautiful Lanzarote sunshine with my kids loving the pool if it wasn’t for Julia at optima, I don’t speak Spanish and must of messaged Julia at least 30 Times with questions of what does this and that mean, Julia made it so easy for me, from sorting the legal team and an accountant, tv and pool company’s. I 100% recommend Julia and optima estates and like me you Will have your dream villa in the sun if you use optima estates no questions
