Expérience négative: Ando en busca de una propiedad y no dan respuesta sobre las peticiones realizadas lo cual me crea una decepción sobre la actividad de esta agencia ya q les contacté por sus buenas valoraciones lo cual ahora pongo en duda, aunado a ello la atención es solo en inglés. Creo deberían tener más empatía con la gente local y contar con personal que hable castellano. Y como recomendación les sugiero que den la misma atención a todos los clientes sin dar preferencia a los de habla inglesa ya que el día dejen de venir se les acaba el mercado.

Je n'ai jamais vu une gestion aussi médiocre de la part de l'employé A., qui était censé nous informer de chaque visite qu'ils effectuaient (nous savons combien et qui ils étaient grâce au suivi en direct de notre site Web d'alarme)... et il ne nous a jamais appelés, il ne répondait pas non plus à nos demandes via WhatsApp, ni aux appels manqués, ni aux avis en personne à l'agence... il n'était jamais disponible. Nous lui avons donné des instructions concernant le prix de vente, qu'il a ignorées et qu'il n'a pas modifiées. Il nous a même dit qu'il y avait 2 clients très intéressés... après l'avoir vérifié nous-mêmes, ce n'était pas vrai ! Nous sommes revenus sur l'île en ayant confiance que "la vente était immédiate, selon A."... et c'était un mensonge. Après avoir travaillé 43 ans dans un grand établissement financier, je dois dire de ne pas faire confiance à A. de l'agence de Playa Blanca, Calle Limones.

Purchasing a property abroad can initially seem like a complex process however Todd was able to expertly guide us through the whole process, answering any questions we had along the way. Expérience fantastique: We chose to have our villa for sale with sole agency with Lanzarote investments. I had done a lot of research beforehand online to see which agents were selling villas like ours and at what prices. How long it took for a villa to sell. Lanzarote Investments came up in first place. So we put our villa in Faro Park via online and without even meeting them. I spoke with Craig who arranged to view and took video and photos. Then Todd took over and within few days we had an offer and the sale was completed in 8 weeks to suit the purchaser. Todd was excellent and has a good data base of active purchasers not time wasters. I just wish we always had an agent as good as Lanzarote investments. The other excellent service they have us their Admin office in I think Costa Teguise. They all speak English and we did not even have to hire a solicitor because being retired we had time onour hands and were able to send all the required documents on line to their admin office. At the Notary we had to pay for translator and we then met the new purchaser. Everything perfect. Best estate agent ever.

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I started to look for a property in Playa Blanca from early 2018. We had spent many holidays there and were really looking forward to buying a property of our own. Although we had initial contact with most of the estate agents we very quickly decided to deal exclusively with Lanzarote Investments and specifically Todd Canham. Lanzarote Investments and Todd made the whole process very easy and straight forward. We had three visits to the island to view properties before we finally bought and Todd was so professional, thorough and helpful throughout. Expérience fantastique: After two previous unssuccesful visits to Playa Blanca looking for a property, we made contact with Todd Canham at Lanzarote Investements through a recommendation. Todd made swift contact and suggested a meeting in his Playa Blanca Office to discuss our search and requirements. We was very impressed with the office location but also the views, it really is an office like no other! It was here Todd listened to us and extracted key requirements which he then used to select a handful of properties to suit and we were booked out to view the following afternoon. The viewings were conducted in a professional and thorough manor, Todd brought a property file for every viewing which had additional information and was something we used later on that evening to narrow down our search to just two properties.
