Expérience fantastique: My wife and I cannot recommend Sol Mallorca highly enough. We called in to ask the staff member working on the day about a property. This was Robert Martin (Rob). Rob was conscientious and enquired into what we were looking for. He took the time to discuss our wish list in a property. He then provided an honest critique of properties and advised whether they would suit our wish list or not. Rob was always so polite and courteous. He responded extremely promptly and professionally to any queries. I can imagine that we were quite challenging and frustrating to deal with. Prior to visiting Mallorca in November, we contacted Rob and gave him some idea of the type of property we we were looking for. Over several phone conversations Rob discussed a number of options to ensure our time spent in Mallorca viewing properties was managed effectively. He then arranged for us to see a number of properties in quick succession on the same day, kindly taxiing us around save us searching for each one. He interpreted our needs incredibly well such that we were delighted to make an offer on the last property we saw with Rob. He then liaised quickly with the vendor to finalise the deal. One more thing is that Rob has maintained contact and already helped us with contacts and arrangements. For example he was fantastic in helping us arrange internet quickly after our purchase when we were due to move in. All in all great service from both Rob and, by default, Sol Mallorca.
