Ils m'ont aidé à vendre ma maison de manière rapide et efficace, ce qui m'a donné la confiance dont j'avais besoin pour passer à l'étape suivante. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Marcelo, son attention aux détails et sa connaissance du marché ont été décisives dans l'achat de ma nouvelle maison. Expérience fantastique: Il y a plus d'un an, j'ai commencé un voyage pour acheter une propriété en Espagne pour ma retraite et pour que mes amis et ma famille l'utilisent. Sans Intasun et Marcelo à mes côtés, je ne serais pas en train d'écrire cet avis depuis mon balcon surplombant la Méditerranée. Marcelo a fourni un service fantastique, attentionné et professionnel du début à la fin. Il a répondu rapidement et patiemment à mes nombreuses questions et a géré mes angoisses avec calme et gentillesse. Le processus d'achat d'une propriété en Espagne est loin d'être simple, mais avec Marcelo, je savais que j'étais entre de bonnes mains. Je ne peux pas recommander Intasun suffisamment.

Expérience négative: Bonjour, nous avons une expérience avec les avocats d'Intasun et ce n'est pas agréable. Pip, l'avocat original, était correct, mais Maria est une perte d'espace ; elle ignore les appels et ne rappelle que parce qu'elle est constamment harcelée. La dernière fois qu'elle nous a parlé, c'était il y a presque 2 ans et nous attendons qu'elle prenne contact, mais je ne vais pas me faire d'illusions, je pourrais mourir ! Elle doit se ressaisir ou, si elle ne peut pas aider, qu'elle nous le dise.

Ils étaient très satisfaits de la façon dont ils ont été traités par toute l'équipe. Malheureusement, mon père est décédé et la propriété devait être vendue. Naturellement, nous nous sommes tournés vers Intasun pour obtenir de l'aide. Maria et Ebti nous ont traités avec compassion et ont fait tout ce qu'elles pouvaient pour nous aider. Elles ont même dépassé leurs responsabilités en s'occupant de petits problèmes dans la maison sans que nous ayons à visiter l'Espagne. Maria et Ebti répondent toujours immédiatement à toutes les questions et font de leur mieux pour aider. Je suis éternellement reconnaissant pour leur attention envers ma mère âgée, elles ont été très gentilles pendant une période difficile et éprouvante pour elle. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander Intasun homes.

De notre premier contact avec Ebti, notre conseillère en immobilier, jusqu'à la finalisation avec Maria, notre représentante légale, tout a été absolument excellent. Rien n'a été trop difficile pour eux. Tout nous a été expliqué en détail, depuis le début du processus d'achat jusqu'à la fin. Nous les recommandons vivement et n'hésiterions pas à les utiliser à nouveau grâce à tous.

Expérience fantastique: rrival we communicated via email and once in Spain, Arthur delivered on his promises showing us around and with a no pressure to buy approach along with introducing us to some fantastic restaurants. Day two Arthur handed us over to another excellent member of the Intasun team, Jake who took us out to look at several potential properties. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient and ultimately helped us find our dream villa. Since reaching agreement with the vendor, Intasun have been on hand for every step in the purchase process and Jake in particular has gone above and beyond what we would have expected or indeed have ever experienced from agents in the UK. Jake has helped us with quotes for pool repair, aircon installation etc etc. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and we cant recommend Jake and the rest of the Intasun team highly enough. From first meeting Arthur in Spain to collecting our keys took just 8 weeks. If you are looking for a professional, fast, reliable and honest company then I cannot recommend Intasun enough, post completion the support is still ongoing as we aren't in Spain to deal with installations etc we really are blown away with the service, if it was possible it would be more than a 5 star review. from us

Expérience fantastique: What an absolute pleasure of meeting Arthur and his team!! We met them first at ‘a place in the sun’ conference and then again at our trip to Spain to view properties. We were picked up from and dropped at Alicante airport. Arthur spent a whole day just showing us different areas. That proved crucial later on in our decision making. There was no pressure at all and we met other estate agents there too. They are a very pleasant and professional team and fully deserve our five stars. Special thanks to Jake for his constant assistance during our stay in Spain.
