Expérience négative: Very bad experience with this agency which rents out unsuitable and unmaintained summer holiday flats being very old. We found the flat completely dirty and despite numerous reminders to send someone to clean it, a person was sent after two weeks. A flat in need of complete renovation, in addition to the dirtiness, has an electrical system that does not comply with the law, sparks were coming out of the sockets, one of our mobile phones burnt out when we plugged it into the socket with the charger, and a person got an electric shock by touching the light switch. To our complaints only superfluous responses, after 2 weeks an electrician was sent who confirmed an old system but obviously couldn't do anything. The bidet tap was leaking, and that's all I'm saying. The agency staff is inadequate, they do not answer the phone or e-mails. I would NOT recommend renting a house with this agency. Zero stars

Expérience négative: Non merita nemmeno 1 stella,poco interesse verso la clientela,abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza,arrivati casa sporca,prese da cui escono scintille e piu di una volta preso corrente,nonostante le lamentele corredate da foto e video,mai una volta che la signora Anna si fosse alzata dal quell'ufficio e portata la sua faccia personalmente a vedere. Solo risposte di comunicazione tra lei e la proprietaria che smentiva il nostro disagio,dopo insistenza quasi due settimane,ha mandato a pulire ,noi abbiamo pulito il nostro,stessa cosa per elettricista che ha guardato e basta,confermato il problema e sparito,ci aspettavamo una comunicazione,abbiamo dovuto noi dopo 2 giorni cercarla per sapere delle comunicazioni deduciamo mai fatte o prese alla leggera sul fattore elettricità, pessima agenzia e pessimo personale. SCONSIGLIATA VIVAMENTE. Mi tengo le foto e video x ricordo

Expérience négative: No se si los k ponéis las reseñas sois amigos pero sinceramente mi experiencia a sido de poca profesionalidad y pocas ganas de vender la verdad ( tendrán mucho dinero ), todavía estoy esperando a que me respondan o me digan algo de un chalecito k nos gustó, almenos si no os interesa venderlo o ya está vendido almenos decir algo, para mí, profesionalidad 0 no, lo siguiente.
