Expérience fantastique: Nous avons acheté un appartement à La Finca. Notre contact était Andy Hadder, que nous avons rencontré par hasard alors que nous étions en vacances à La Finca. L'appartement à côté de celui où nous avons séjourné était à vendre. Andy est venu prendre des notes pour la vente de l'appartement. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions jeter un œil et, sans problème, Andy nous a donné des informations détaillées. Ses informations sur l'appartement étaient si convaincantes et complètes qu'après 2 heures avec Andy, nous avons décidé d'acheter l'appartement. Lorsque l'administration pour la vente a commencé, nous avions plusieurs questions car tout cela était nouveau pour nous. Andy nous a aidés à nous orienter. Au départ, nous avons traité avec Colin, qui a examiné toutes nos exigences en détail, nous montrant des propriétés et des zones adaptées, puis trouvant notre villa de rêve à La Finca. Nous avons ensuite traité avec Andy, rien n'était trop difficile. Toute l'équipe a été impeccable et nous les recommandons vivement.

Nous voulions commencer à faire nos premiers pas en 2024 pour acheter une propriété. Elle nous a aidés à réduire la liste des propriétés lorsque nous avons réservé un voyage pour venir visiter. Angela a vraiment aidé à commencer le voyage pour nous et a recommandé un courtier pour s'occuper de l'hypothèque. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour les visites, Ingrid nous a récupérés à notre hôtel pour voir la liste des propriétés. Ingrid nous a parlé de toutes les zones alors que nous y roulions, afin que nous sachions quelles commodités se trouvaient dans chaque zone et que nous puissions ressentir la culture et la démographie, elle a même recommandé des restaurants pour notre dîner du soir. Ingrid a été vraiment géniale et a même organisé des visites supplémentaires et des secondes visites une fois que nous avons réduit à deux propriétés. Nous avons choisi notre propriété après la seconde visite et avons signé le contrat de réservation ce jour-là avec Ingrid. J'ai reçu un message texte d'Angela nous félicitant, ce qui était très attentionné. À partir de là, Andy était disponible pour nous aider et a organisé que nous séjournions dans l'appartement de Welcome Estates lorsque nous sommes retournés signer des documents pendant le processus hypothécaire. Ravi de dire que nous avons maintenant complété l'achat de la propriété et que nous allons récupérer les clés lors de notre prochain voyage. L'équipe de Welcome Estates Espagne était incroyable à travailler, amicale, utile et, comme son nom l'indique, accueillante ! Je recommande de les appeler si vous envisagez d'acheter en Espagne.

Expérience fantastique: Je viens de signer le contrat pour ma première propriété à Cabo Roig. J'ai d'abord rencontré Welcome Estates lors de l'A Place In The Sun Road Show @ The RDS à Dublin. À partir de là, Penny au bureau était en contact continu avec moi avec des mises à jour régulières sur les nouvelles annonces et la suppression de certaines, car le marché évolue si rapidement. Nous sommes enthousiasmés par notre achat et Welcome Estates a supprimé les tracas, car Andy au bureau m'a fourni des recommandations pour des avocats dans la région pour continuer jusqu'à l'achèvement de la vente. Expérience fantastique: Exceptionnel ! Déménager n'est jamais facile, mais tout le processus a été rendu beaucoup plus simple par Andy et Donna de Welcome Estates. Tout d'abord, Andy a commercialisé notre maison à vendre de manière très professionnelle, ce qui a abouti à une vente rapide à un prix très proche du prix demandé... excellent travail ! Donna nous a recommandé un avocat (Solutions Espagnoles) qui a été brillant du début à la fin. Nous avons principalement regardé deux zones pour acheter une nouvelle maison et avons opté pour Costa Orihuela, où l'experte locale Donna nous a pris sous son aile et a été extrêmement patiente et serviable dans notre recherche, ce qui a permis de trouver notre nouvelle maison, qui répondait presque à tous nos souhaits... il y a toujours quelques compromis... puis elle a négocié un excellent prix pour nous. Lorsque nous avons rencontré quelques obstacles, Andy était présent (même pendant son jour de congé) pour essayer de résoudre les choses, ce qu'il a fait de manière experte. (Un grand merci également à Mica à La Zenia qui a également été brillante) Tout le processus de déménagement n'a pas été bon marché, mais vous payez pour ce que vous obtenez à mon avis, et cela a été un service absolument de première classe et personnel que je ne peux critiquer d'aucune manière. Je recommande vivement Andy, Donna, Mica et toute l'équipe de Welcome Estates à quiconque cherche une excellente équipe de vente et d'achat.

We have been looking to buy on La Finca since 2019 and have had viewings with every agent in the area, and by far, Andy is the best and most professional agent on the urbanisation. His knowledge of the area, coupled with his honesty and integrity were a key factor for us, and we can't recommend him enough. Expérience fantastique: We have recently completed the purchase of a lovely villa and Welcome Estates, who were the selling agent, really were first class every step of the way. From the very first viewing to the after sales service, there really was nothing they could be faulted for. In fact they went way above and beyond what you might expect from a normal selling agent. We viewed the property multiple times within a short space of time, we even asked for access for a builder to view it. We asked lots of questions, receiving real time answers, even late into the evening and during weekends. On receiving our keys, we were presented with a lovely luxury thank you gift. After we received the keys, we didn’t know how to turn on an appliance so Welcome Estates came to our rescue and got it working. Then, after we left to go home to the UK, there was a problem with our alarm going off, so Welcome Estates contacted the alarm company and got the problem sorted. They even called out a locksmith and got our locks changed when I worried about not having done that before we left! What an amazing, customer focused business! All that’s left to say is a massive thank you to Lisa, Andy, Carl and the team. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

From the very first enquiry, the experience was first class,and Steve couldn't have been more helpful. I have purchased several properties in recent years but this was my first overseas purchase, it was a somewhat impulsive purchase so I hadn't done any research on the buying process in Spain and was largely clueless. Steve made it all really simple and even recommended legal support (which was also superb). Expérience fantastique: We sold our existing property and bought a new property with Welcome. This was in the middle of the pandemic and we were unable to get to Spain. The process for both was made very easy by Lisa and her team but they went over and above by packing up our old property and moving everything to our new property. Not only did they do that, but everything was put into the relevant rooms ready for unpacking when we finally arrived at our new house.
