Expérience négative: Keep well away, after e mailing for two weeks and speaking on the phone twice to get more information on a property, they refuse to help me with no explanation, not sure if they are lazy, incompetent, ignorant, or all three, Forced to give one star in order to post but really 0 stars, complete joke.

Expérience fantastique: We were looking for a property in Los Alcazares and went to Europahus in the local town. Karen and her team help us find our beautiful property. Karen helped us get the deal we wanted from the developers and recommended a great Lawyer. Everything went very smoothly as I was back in England.and did not need any problems and there was non. After purchasing the property if I had any problems with insurance advise or any other services or just need help or a chat Karen and her team will always help and most of all the always call you back! It was something that we were dreading as first time buyers in Spain, but in the end we actually enjoyed it. Karin and her team helped us with our Spanish solicitors in the conveyancing and obtaining the necessary documentation through the Notaria. There was no language barrier and clear regular, communication which made it much easier and we are now owners of our first property.
