Son mari et son équipe ont fait un travail incroyable en la rénovant à notre goût et en 2015, nous avons emménagé définitivement, notre 'aventure avant la démence' comme l'appelaient nos amis ! Sean nous a guidés à chaque étape, toujours disponible, utile et avec de bons conseils. Dix ans plus tard, il est temps de nouveaux commencements. Sean et Sally ont fait un travail incroyable avec de superbes photographies et un excellent compte rendu et en un rien de temps, Ailis m'a trouvé un acheteur. Merci Sean et Cie. Expérience fantastique: Je connais Sean depuis plus de 5 ans maintenant. Son service est excellent tout comme ses conseils et sa connaissance de la région dans laquelle il intervient. Bien que nous n’ayons pas encore acheté ou vendu par son intermédiaire, pour diverses raisons, moi et quelques amis avons visité pas mal de propriétés au fil du temps. Sean et son équipe sont toujours prêts à aider et ont pris le temps d'organiser des visites pour nous chaque fois que cela était nécessaire, pour cela nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants ainsi qu'à son équipe. Nous espérons faire de bonnes affaires à l'avenir. Une approche honnête, professionnelle et décontractée sans pression sur les clients est ce qui le rend unique et fiable. Une certaine diligence raisonnable serait attendue de l'acheteur pour s'assurer que l'accord est juste pour lui avant de s'engager, pour laquelle le conseil de Sean est crucial.

Expérience négative: Nous avons acheté notre cave par l'intermédiaire de Shaun, très attitude décontractée pour aider, notaire très décontracté, a étonnamment bien fonctionné. Après, c'était très préoccupant tout ce qui était censé se passer avant de prendre possession, pas d'eau, cependant, cela aurait dû être organisé. Résolu après quelques heures et en attente de pression, ce qui a pris plusieurs jours. Ce n'était pas un bon début. Comme promis. Sinon, nous étions satisfaits de sa réponse.

Expérience fantastique: Je n'ai en fait pas encore visité Spanish Inland Properties, cependant, j'adore regarder les maisons qu'ils ont dans leur portefeuille et de temps en temps, je leur ai envoyé un e-mail à propos d'une propriété, Sean prend toujours le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et de me donner des détails supplémentaires que j'ai demandés. Un jour, j'espère acheter une propriété en Espagne et pouvoir écrire plus en détail, mais jusqu'à présent, ma connaissance limitée est qu'ils sont une grande petite agence immobilière.

Expérience négative: Terrible company. My wife purchased a property with Sean. However it appears the vendor has not paid him his commission therefore he refuses to deal with me on showing me any further properties. I am a property investor!! Legal action commenced.

It's getting on for two years since we bought our property through Spanish Inland Properties and their service has gone way beyond what we could ever have imagined. Sean is an extremely likeable and incredibly knowledgeable guy, well-regarded by local people - English and Spanish alike - fluent in Spanish and passionate about the local area. He has provided an invaluable source of advice on everything from engaging architects to organising contractors, securing planning consent to getting the internet. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he responds promptly to emails, phone calls etc. We are hugely indebted to him and would wholeheartedly recommend his company to anyone considering buying in this beautiful part of Spain.

Expérience fantastique: This estate agent is fantastic. They are knowledgeable and have a wide variety of properties for sale all over Andalucia. But what I really like about Sean and Matilda is that they really try to match you up with a property in your price range - whatever that range may be. We are not rich Brits but that didn't put them off and they kept us in mind when properties came up. I feel that they don't just work for the seller but that they really try their best for the buyer too - you would think all estate agents out there would do that but they don't! They are excellent at keeping in touch too.
