Expérience fantastique: Un service complètement professionnel et approfondi a été fourni lorsque nous avons vendu notre propriété. Tous les documents ont été réglés rapidement pour permettre un processus fluide et facile chez le notaire une fois la vente convenue. Les visites ont été effectuées par Micheal, Mark et Karen, qui étaient toujours bien présentés et connaissaient notre propriété. Tout le personnel avec lequel nous avons eu des relations était également très professionnel. Les photos et la vidéo étaient de si grande qualité qu'elles ont généré 20 visiteurs en 6 semaines alors qu'un agent précédent n'en avait généré que 6 en 9 mois. Je les recommanderais à quiconque.

Expérience fantastique: Le 23 janvier 2023, j'ai eu mon premier contact avec Barclay/Watson car je voulais acheter une maison en Espagne (je vis aux Pays-Bas). J'ai d'abord été en contact avec Jess, une jeune femme charmante. Après une conversation vidéo avec elle, j'ai immédiatement su que j'avais trouvé le bon agent immobilier. Jess m'a mis en contact avec Michael, également un homme très gentil qui m'a montré la maison par vidéo. Michael m'a énormément aidé et a dissipé toutes mes inquiétudes. Cela m'a donné suffisamment de confiance, après quoi j'ai acheté la maison et fait immédiatement un acompte. La prochaine étape était de voyager en Espagne pour voir la maison de près. C'était exactement comme ils me l'avaient dit et j'étais immédiatement de nouveau conquis. Ensuite, j'ai pris contact avec Christian, un autre homme gentil. Il a réglé toutes les informations juridiques et m'a aidé étape par étape jusqu'à ce que j'aille enfin en Espagne le 6 avril pour signer le contrat. Christian avait déjà pris rendez-vous avec le notaire. Carin, la sympathique interprète de Barclay, m'a conduit chez le notaire et a traduit et expliqué tous les documents. J'ai donc presque acheté une maison à distance en quelques mois grâce à Barclay. L'équipe de Barclay a tout pris en charge et m'a guidé entièrement jusqu'au notaire. Jess, Michael, Christian et Carin, vous avez fait un travail fantastique pour lequel je vous remercie beaucoup !! Expérience fantastique: Living in Ireland and thinking of buying a property thousands of miles away was something that was exiting but at the same time quite scary for me but after talking to a few people from several agencies, Barclays was the one that stood out. Luckily my decision was the right one, they went out their way for me virtually holding my hand from the beginning with a full list of properties to view to the end when they signed the contract on my behalf and even when I was experiencing delays with the bank I chosen for the mortgage, they immediately jumped in and got everything sorted very quickly. They always kept me informed and the whole process took a little more than 1 month. I am now a house owner in a beautiful area and I can't wait to start spending my holidays and eventually my retirement in the house of my dreams. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am very grateful to the Barclays Team for all the help.

Expérience fantastique: Barclays and Watson have done a professional job for us. Their knowledge of the procedures selling our house was outstanding and so is their customer service. Always ready to answer any question, regardless by e-mail or in Person, this team is ready when you are! And yes, you pay commission, but looking back, you are not able to deal with a buyer and all the necessary paperwork to be completed for the Spanish government and the Notary. It's worth the money.
