I have bought an apartment in Guardamar del Segura with them. My spanish is very restricted so I was happy about all the help they gave me. They made the contact to a lawer who was good andmanaged all the buying process for reasonable costs. Zebra Homes brought me in contact to a lot of local companies helpful to do work in my new apartment like changing bathroom, doing climatization, preparing a new kitchen... Everything was perfect and it didn't cost me anything (besides a beer or two). I was mainly in contact with Ian Lovegrove. He did a reaaly good job, thank you Ian.

They gave us a great tour of the area, showed us many options before finding our dream home from home. What was so special was that once we had agreed the sale they made the purchase so easy by supporting and guiding us through all the paperwork, NIE applications, bank accounts etc that was needed.
