Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my stay at Tamaron apartments. had respectful neighbors, management used a heavier duty sliding glass door and windows to keep the extra noise from Alexis road to a minimum, which was greatly appreciated. If I needed something, there was a quick reply and turn around process!

Experiencia fantástica: 4.5 years, very few maintenance issues. Very responsive and helpful property manager. Rent never increased over the year. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with all the necessities in a 10-15 minutes driving distance. One thing I loved about Tamaron was the different promotional offers they had going. Especially the deal with Buckeye broadband for the first year saved me some $$$. Whenever I had maintenance requests, they were completed within a reasonable time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Tamaron to people who are looking for an affordable homely place to live in.

Experiencia fantástica: I would love to give a one-star review because everybody else gave five star reviews and I know Will very well and he may need to devour some humble pie. But if I gave it less than five stars that would not be honest. I have been here two years and as I write this it's just now midnight on my last night here. Moving to the great state of Michigan. Of course living here you would think you were in Michigan because the land of the blue is right behind the residence. Basically the state line. What I will miss the most is the swimming pool that is huge and immaculately clean. There are 200 apartments amongst the entire complex of buildings and Will and Ryan know everyone by name. You might think to yourself that they should know everybody but the way this is set up around here many of the residents don't interact with management because the people here tend to keep to themselves, you can do maintenance requests and your payments for rent through a resident portal. If anybody reads to the end of this I would love if when you meet Will please tell him that Robert told you to request from him the scallops story.

The office staff and maintenance men have always been kind and helpful. I appreciate the many forms of communication since Marving has taken over operations. It's nice to be able to pay my rent online and receive information via text. I also have awesome neighbors and enjoy how peaceful it is.

The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and the grounds are kept very clean. It is evident that the staff care about the residents and the grounds. The pool is very nice to enjoy and overall it is a very comfortable and safe place to live. Also, there is a staff member who responds to after hour emergency calls and lives in the complex which is an added plus. I feel cared for by both the staff and my neighbors. I highly recommend this complex.

They kept all the great staff I've gotten to know here, and worked to set up online payment options, more convenient ways to communicate with management, and they've made improvements around the property. The few times I've had to contact Marving, they responded very quickly and followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I really enjoy living here and appreciate the open communication style Marving has with their tenants.
