Experiencia negativa: Don’t rent for this company especially Coolavin Apartments. On January 24th 2026 winter storm “Fern” hit Lexington Ky my window got broke due to temperatures dropping like it did I sent pictures to Christine globe via email on about the window on February 2nd 2026 first off it took months I just got a new side window for my living room last week today is April 17th 2026 at 6:58 pm . The notice was put on my door on April 14th 2026 for 359.59 for window is what Charlie told me when I called the first time now when he called back after on April 15th 2026 that morning these words were said “we believe the window was broke on the inside “ more than once ! I have pictures at 6:01 pm on 1-24-2026 and guess what I actually took vide when the storm started at 4 m on 1-24-2026 showing my window wasn’t broke !!!!! I also have video later on that night that clearly shows the storm my window ! I have had nothing but issues out of this regional manager from day 1 I have over paid in late chargers because we were to lazy to check the drop off box I have repaid rent for a few months that my rent went missing ! I have witness I have contacted hud,khc, and I Waiting to hear back from a lawyer about a lawsuit plus I have reached out to Attorney General’s office here in Kentucky ! I would suggest stay clear off winter wood or get out I am just waiting on court papers for an eviction over this and yes there is a lawyer on stand who told me when I get those papers call her ! Winter wood should have filed it on their insurance I refuse to pay for something me nor my I who is disabled didn’t do ! Thank you Veronica khan
Experiencia negativa: Winterwood is the worst company ever.(when I fell accidently ).they didn't show no concern to me.or to the public .I came to see my ex wife that day when there was ice in front of her place.I wasn't there to case any trouble with my ex wife it wasn't a domestic issue at all. There was very little salt on the sidewalk. There wasn't no report taken down about it after I fell.and I didn't fall on purpose..this is how the company treats the public eye .I was coming there to see my ex wife that day and I take her places .that's what visited her when I came up there .I never caused no trouble with the residents or to my ex wife... (This company is very very heartless) And very low standards.would not recommended to anyone at all
Experiencia negativa: TLDR; I do not recommend working with Winterwood if you're looking for a USDA RD property to live at. They are terrible at following even simple RD regulations, and it's just not worth the stress and anxiety. I highly recommend looking at a different housing management company to rent from. I have lived at Dellwood since early 2020. About two years ago, Winterwood acquired the property. September 2025, I switched jobs and even though this is a USDA RD property with specific regulations they're supposed to follow, they have not done so. I started a recertification in early October due to switching jobs. From October 2025 to present, I am still fighting Winterwood's compliance department because they included my income from my former employer in the 12 month income calculation projection on top of my current employer. What that means is they have projected $15000 more for the time period of October 2025 to September 2026 than I'm actually earning. I've requested it to be fixed 3 times. This last time they said it was finalized, and they weren't going to reprocess it. I've informed my office manager of the RD handbook section relating to projected income calculations which explicitly states that historical income may only be included in the calculation if it is expected to continue. Despite this, they continue to include the last four paychecks I received from my previous employer, projected as a per month average over 12 months. I have reached out to Winterwood and left a message for the Vice President of the company. I have yet to receive a call back. Now I am having to contact USDA RD to get this resolved. This makes the second time I've had to contact USDA RD because of improper management. I told the regional manager about the discrepancy in the income calculation as well, and she told me, "That's what our compliance department requires. We've done everything on our end. That's something that's just not going to change." Well I'm sorry, but neither you nor they get to make that decision because it is a USDA RD property. They have to follow the regulations per the RD handbook. Apparently, Winterwood has a systematic issue because the calculations are done at the Winterwood office, not the local apartment office, and they refuse to remove the income I am no longer receiving. I've recently acquired all the documentation that was submitted for the recertification. The checklist included doesn't mention anywhere whether or not a source of income is continuing. They just act as if it is. This has caused me undue financial and psychological hardship. I will go to litigate this if I have to. I've had to sell some of my belongings to pay for the higher rent amount that I wasn't supposed to have paid since November 2025. In my opinion, it seems they want me to give up on this, but they have no idea how tenacious I can be.

Experiencia negativa: I rent from radius West there is nothing affordable about these apartments. I’ve been trying for two days to pay my rent and they’ve not been in the office even though the website says they’re open from 830 to 5:30 Monday through Friday yesterday I was there between five and 530. No one was there. They’re supposed to be open from 10 till five today. I was there at 10:45 this morning. There was no one there but I have to pay $100 late fee because my rent got paid on time. I can’t pay it if there’s no one in the office. They don’t pick the garbage up all the time. And my neighbors upstairs sound like a heard of elephant walking across the floor every day all day long. I know that there’s nothing to be done about that. I’ve complained multiple times about other people not picking up after their dogs and nothing’s been done about it even though I furnished pictures
Experiencia negativa: I live in Muhlenberg Manor Apts in Central City, Ky. I’ve lived here 18yrs. Since Winterwood started managing these apts 3 yrs ago we’ve had 11 managers and 7 maintenance workers. Now 1-2-26 maintenance has thrown out furniture and debris all over the yard. In the debris is human waste that could have all been placed in the dumpsters that are placed in front of the property. I’m 68 yrs old disabled and was made to clean up dead flower stalks around my patio in the winter. But they overlook garbage thrown outside by maintenance.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter lives on a winterwood property. She’s a single mom supposed to have rental assistance but they raised rent so much it barely applies to anyone. She struggles to make rent due to the increase recently she got behind and the manager Denise told her if she paid by the next 2 days eviction wouldn’t happened. Come to find out she had already filed! No late notice was given or I should say “delivered” I’m sure to cover her butt she has one printed. We called Winterwood to discuss this behavior and was told we should find her another place to live. My daughter has put up with a rotting deck she can’t go out on since she lived there and squirrel holes in her apartment that have never been addresses

Experiencia negativa: I have lived in my apartment 5 years, since Winterwood has bought this place, I can see what was a great place declining. While renovating, I was asked to move to the back apartments, I said I would like to keep my place, as a couple others did also. This is not a temporary apartment for me, but my home. I had a “choice”, I chose to stay. At NO time was I told they wanted to make my apartment wheelchair accessible. I am NOT in a wheelchair, although I am disabled. I should NOT be treated as I am.. Had they talked to me and said they needed to make it wheelchair accessible, I would had chose to move, but I was NOT given this choice nor option. I have filled out paperwork at least 4 times in a year, clearly someone didn’t know what they were doing. When I learned about the wheelchair accessible then yes, i requested to move next door to an empty apartment, but was told no. How sad they would even want me taking up a space that clearly should be kept open for someone in a wheelchair.. common sense is free, I have a learning disability, things have to be explained to me.. I was in a bad wreck with hemorrhage on the main stem to my brain. Nothing was explained to me.. I know they saved $1,000 for each household they kept on the premises through renovations.. wonder where that money really went??? It’s real sad these people are so cold, heartless to take an individuals home and do this to her. Sad, cruel…they knew I occupied that apartment, they knew I was not in a wheelchair.. God don’t like ugly…
Experiencia negativa: The tire marks on my SUV body (not the dent at bottom left) ..are what I woke up to the afternoon of July 3rd. Which is twice now the people that back up across the parking lot have felt free to hit my car, the time before was early spring and I was sitting in my lawn chair and watched someone back slowly into my vehicle ,which pushed it and then drove away. So, please tell Madisonville apartments that their tenants OR their Visitors shouldn't be backing into other tenants vehicles and driving off.
Experiencia positiva: I have no problems as far as the apartments go, BUT, when it comes to snow removal they stink. Only plow a single row down road, don't plow out any of the empty parking spots nor do they clean off the stairs from parking lot to first floor. Another resident and I did our stairs, and salted them, so I (a 72 year old) could get down them to clean off my car. And yes, I had the right kind of salt! Thank the good Lord for great neighbors!!! I think they need to make sure they clean stairs off, not only for Senior Citizens like myself but also in case of emergencies so EMS can get up them.

Experiencia negativa: Moved in around March at Ridgefield court appartment and was told that I would get new flooring put in my apartment. Been 6 months and still nothing has been done! The hardwood flooring in the living room is damaged from water coming in under my front door when it rains and sits in a puddle on the floor. My carpets are so nasty my feet stay black from walking on it. My bedroom floor has a different piece of colored carpet along with a big hole in the shape of an iron that even with a rug down I still trip over. Also have an outlet in my room that seems to be coming out the wall and I'm afraid to use it. My upstair bathroom had peel and stick flooring down and pieces are coming up and leaving sticky residue where my socks stick to it every time i walk across the floor.My kitchen sink leaks while Im running water to do my dishes. The countertops had peel and stick paper on them and iv tried to get it off because everything sticks to the counter.My inside unit leaks water and I have no AC! My outdoor unit must be burned up because the fans won't even turn and the breaker box makes a noise! I can't afford to go anywhere else as I am a single mother and have no help to even move if I could find somewhere else to go. We only have 1 maintenance man and he's only here 2 times a week and stays very busy! I would not recommend any of my family or friends to move here as nothing gets done or lies get told! But yet they expect my RENT every month!! I have other issues to so I'll be making a list!

Experiencia negativa: I lived in Brentwood 2 apartments in Flatwoods Ky I was treated very unfairly and was harassed constantly my management when I proceeded to get help through winterwood inc management team no one would help me that way either ! So I highly suggest renting from someone who isn't through winterwood inc !
Experiencia fantástica: I currently live in LaSalette Gardens Apartments. A property owned by Winterwood and I love it. My apartment is darling and the building has so much character. The rent is based on income so very affordable and electric is included with the rent. I'll be here a year in April. But more importantly, I love the staff and the people here. Most of the tenants are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Jodi, the property manager, knows what she's doing and does it well. I've never been greeted by her with anything but a smile and kindness. Maintenance has always been on top of things that I needed and the maintenance man, Shaun, is always friendly as well. I realize that every apartment complex is run by a different manager and maintained by a different person, but if you're considering LaSalette, don't hesitate.

Could this be considered favoritism? And this is at rolling hills apartments in nortonville ky the property manager is friends with somebody out there and keeps their baby all the time and it says in the least that you're not allowed to be friends with them and she's getting to live out there for $10 a month and her boyfriend works on the boat I just don't see how it's fair

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible!! When I first moved here 2016, less than 12 months three was 2 homicides. People stealing cars, property towing cars, shootings, etc. Currently, ppl leave their trash in front of their apt doors and outside their patio fence. Complaints to apt manager is purely a waste of time!! Last, resident kid are out of control!!! They destroy the property, out pass curfew, ( haven’t seen security in 2 months) and it’s not summer time yet!! I pray for cold weather and rain so resident kids STAY IN THE APARTMENT!!!!! Hopefully, 2024 is my last year at Overlook!!
Experiencia negativa: Wish I could have something very nice to say, but as of yet the management with winterwood in my experience, is lacking in professionalism and not concerned in taking care of SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFTEY ISSUES. I have been trying since DECEMBER 6th 2021 to have a dead tree taken care of that has been struck by lightning twice and overhanging my front yard where my kids play and the roof above my bedroom. I refuse to let my children outside the house in the front yard due to the legitimate threat of falling limbs. I have had to deal with constantly removing limbs and pieces of the tree now for over two years. I have contacted everyone from my maintenance tech, manager, regional manager, and director of maintenance about this and has even been written up during a few reviews/inspections but they still refuse to take care of this and I feel they don't take my concerns, or my childrens safety seriously. If someone from winterwood would attempt to take care of this issue, I may finally feel different about them.

Experiencia negativa: Can never talk to apartment complex mgr. At Mt Breeze Apts Jenkins Ky I work with the 2022 flood survivors my job is to find affordable safe housing for my clients when you can't have contact with Apt Mgr it's very hard to help survivors.
Experiencia negativa: They lie about processing applications and move VERY SLOW!!!! We’ve been waiting for our application to be processed knowing we’d be approved based on qualifications… they’ve been waiting on employment verification since the beginning how are we still waiting on that and I’ve given direct fax email and phone numbers for our employers. In fact our boss said they haven’t even received or been reached out by them. So they aren’t doing anything at the office and then lie to make it seem as if things are moving along when they aren’t !!!

Experiencia negativa: The units are plain and basic, which is fine. The rents are fine as well. It’s the complete disorganized mess the property manager of Emily is; Jasmin Hatchell. No order, no procedure on moving someone in and out. You have to continue to reach out to her to try and get an answer on what their protocols are for moving in and out, in which case, she either completely ignores, or she only answers partly. It’s really a mess. 2 months living there and still no key for the mailbox and Jasmin stating she will just check the mailbox herself and put my mail on the counter is ridiculous…all because they wanted the old renter to return his/her key, so they wouldn’t have to change the locks. So my mail got check BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR 2 MONTHS BUT ONLY ONCE A WEEK! Unacceptable, especially when they are going to take your entire security deposit when you move out for basic things (cleaning, painting, etc.)…so I think they can afford to change a mailbox lock. I’m pretty sure Jasmin’s level of education has to be only at about 5th grade level, as she could not do basic math and continued to have to be corrected, but never apologizing or recognizing her shortcomings. The amount of time I invested in having to continue to follow up with her to ask where my lease was, what was the amount of the security deposit, where to mail it, what are the steps for moving out, how much was my prorated rent, etc. was extremely frustrating. Many things I never got answered despite repeated calls/emails asking, but then Winterwood would hold me accountable for something that was never disclosed despite repeated efforts to make sure everything was crystal clear. If you want to deal with people that lack any sense of organization, accountability, education, well really any competency, then go here. But I’d do business elsewhere! Perhaps a private landlord! These management companies really just are crooks.
Experiencia negativa: Do not go through Winterwood to rent a place. No communication, over charge for units that don’t get repairs done when needed. Have new property managers every 3-6 months. Maintenance will come in and out of their units without tenants knowing. Would rather have crackheads, junkies, violent people, and drug dealers as their tenants instead of people who pay their rent and stay out of trouble. They will still charge people rent even after being evicted. They also have had people steal money from their own property. If this does not get the attention of someone higher up then I don’t know what will. I need to speak with the owner or someone who is NOT Brittany Cundiff!! You guys need to fix the problems otherwise you won’t have many tenants at Towne Commons in Elizabethtown, KY or any Winterwood corporation!! Also, through the month of December 2022 to April 2023 I was granted the Healthy at Home eviction, I went into the office to explain that my rent was going to be a few days late but I was willing to pay with the late fees, the property manager said “ I will have to speak to my boss to see if she will accept it” so I waited two more weeks and still no answer until I went into the office and tried to hand in my rent, she then takes my money order, looks at it and refuses to take my rent. In the Healthy at Home agreement it says they are supposed to give you 30-45 days to pay rent with late fees before filling and eviction notice. However, she did not give me 30 days she only have me until the 5th. I was trying to contact everyone for weeks before my eviction court date and nobody responded until it was too late. Then went to court and only had 7 days to vacate. Not to mention, when I first moved in I gave the property manager the right documents and payment for my animal but he passed away do to parvo that was on their property, so I got another dog because I already paid the expenses but nobody could seem to find my information so they wanted me to pay extra money. My boyfriend also used to come over and stay for a while because he is from a different state, I shouldn’t have to write a letter to the office explaining why my man was there with me. We had an argument one day like every normal couples do and the police were called, now being a black man in America these days aren’t the best so when there was a cop at the door being asked all kinds of questions of course he is going to say he lived there but the office lady Ashley Curtsinger put a violation on my lease but in the lease it says they are supposed to be called more than once then it’s a violation. Now, I’m living in my car, barely can get another place because now there is an eviction on my record and they are trying to get $2300 from me from late rent in June when I was evicted in June and unnecessary bs. Where in the lease does it say how much people are being charged for damages or anything? You guys really need to work on property management and people who are ahead in charge before it’s too late. I have recording or proof for some things and also witnesses for wrongful eviction. I’ve spent over $20,000 in rent and it is not fair that I had to go through a situation like this and still not be heard or taken seriously. I need answers and I need them now!

I understand that transitions are time consuming and can cause frustrating circumstances with tenants, needing IMMEDIATE attention. People First. In saying that, my prayers are with you all and I'm excited to see all Winterwood has to offer in our small town of Salem, KY.
Experiencia fantástica: I’ve lived at the Squire Mills townhomes and it’s been a great place to live. We only had to move to get into another school district. Tonya the property manager has always been willing to work with us and has been helpful and easy to work with. You can tell she works hard to keep the property in good condition and things have only improved while we’ve been there. The property itself has met all of our needs!

Experiencia negativa: Well I mean what else can be said for a company that has kicked out its own tenants when all evictions were ceased. But let's ignore that fact. How many units does this place even own that doesn't deal with some sort of government subsidies? I'll wait. Haven't checked hard but best I can tell is their only hope is to survive via the government which has never really served anyone. It's even worse that they ask tenants who own actual reputable businesses to do work for them without paying, or even acknowledging the loss of resources to said tenants. Totally fine, felt like I was doing good for the community. But let a debacle come up that has stewed for 30 years now from a church and all comes down. This place has made me reconsider my thoughts on government overreach. They employ fresh off the street people to maintain and dictate apartments. They will tell you they are coming in in 24 hours and the notice is even less than 24 hours. Funny thing is, in the state of Kentucky, it's 48 hours. So if you rent from them make sure you demand that at least. They will do multiple inspections each month so if you have a child with any sort of sensory disorder or such then I'd go elsewhere. They will also use sexism to get what they want. They will use it against you, and they will flat out degrade you while not knowing the law. Winterwood Inc has sparked in interest in me to make sure the state makes every landlord take at least a class or anyone relating to the role, Because they had their minds blown when I would not let them in just for the pure sake they had disrespected me. Admittedly, I didn't take care of the place after I was told "I'd never be a contractor for winterwood" after I already had the texts from managers asking me to maintain the whole properties lawn, and do maintenance work I was never subsidized for. That's fine, I guess they know how to work with a lien though....

Experiencia negativa: I very rarely rate anything, but this was the absolute worst renting experience I have ever had. I lived in the Lofts of Broadway in Louisville and was lied to from the day I moved in until after I moved out. The building manager changed and none of the tenants were notified. The new manager kept using the excuse that the previous manager lied to people and did not do things by the company standards. They threatened to and started eviction proceedings due to an unpaid balance because they changed the way they were charging for water and could not give me a straight answer on how they were determining the fee, why they were changing it, or where I was supposed to pay it. I was not given ample notice of the change in fee, it was different every month, but due on the first of the month and I was never given a bill, so it wound up being a guessing game on what was actually owed. I cannot say enough about what a terrible experience this was. The building manager’s supervision was impossible to get a hold of. I left upwards of 8 voicemails and never got a call back. They were charging me for fees that were not in the lease, then once it changed to a month to month situation, they told me I had no lease and thus no protections/legal recourse for their violation of it, but then refused to refund my deposit saying I didn’t give proper move out notice despite it being listed as 60 days in the original lease, which would be impossible as I was on a month to month lease at that point. CAUTION TO ALL RENTERS IF YOU DECIDE TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU LIKELY WILL NOT SEE YOUR DEPOSIT REFUNDED AND THEY WILL CHARGE HIDDEN/AMBIGUOUS FEES AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.

She had went far and beyond to help me. I truly believe I'll enjoy living here. The maintenance guy is on his game when it comes to fixing thing's here too. Very nice young man indeed. Experiencia positiva: I have been to a lot of locations, and I have called a lot of the locations owned by Winterwoods Inc. I could not reach anyone or receive a call back. I even put in an application to work part-time because it seems as if no one ever worked. I found Ms. Bond. She helped me every step of the way. I had about a wk to find a place to live. Ms. Bond never stopped communicating and kept me up to date with the process. She was even out with covid and still informed me of the progress. The Mantainance team is amazing and has fixed everything in a timely fashion. When it comes to my location, it is ok. It is a lot smaller than I expected. The water pressure was low. I may only be here with my child for a yr. If this place was larger and as long as Ms. Bond is managing. I would stay. She is amazing

Experiencia negativa: This review is for Chapelwood Place in Henderson Kentucky. I Couldn't get a bath first 3 or 4 days for reasons you'll see in photos.. Apartments are NASTY! They have serious drainage issues. Everytime the person above me does laundry it comes back up in my sinks. The apartments stink really bad are are extremely outdated. The kitchen cabinets are some sort of plastic. Some of the plumbing and holes under sinks were duct taped.. heavy smoke damage, mold and mildew under cabinets, I had to use an expensive industrial cleaner to get the grease and smoke off the kitchen cabinets.. see pictures!!! The pictures speak for themselves.It costs an insane amount of money to move in to this place. People speed through the parking lot. Dumpsters are out in the wide open and overflowing making the place look really trashy. The entryways (4 apartments share one entry) are filthy. Someone is ALWAYS smoking pot or having a domestic dispute. There are at least 2 officers that live there, maybe 3, but nobody cares. It's just awful. I am attaching pictures and I encourage you to look at the condition of the apartments. I spent 4 full days deep cleaning and sanitizing before I could unpack the first box. There are waiting lists at every other apartment in the area so I took this one and it's been nothing short of hell. I spend everyday cleaning something and my particular apartment is in 100% better condition than it was when I moved in. It's LAUGHABLE that they charged me a deposit. they literally owe me money for all the work i've put in. The one in an emergency and only good thing I have to say is that they have really nice staff. The girls in the office are nice and maintenance does what they can with what they have to work with. I promise if you move here and complain, you'll get the same scripted default answer I got, "well, they were built in the 70's". Guarantee if they were truly and accurately inspected, there would be all kinds of code violations.

It started out fine 5 years ago when I lived at Asbury Heights but ever since then when I moved to Jessamine Village it has gone down hill...pretty sure I have mold due to a reported water leak that came through light fixture well before COVID and to this day has never been handled. Noone is ever at the office and don't bother calling because the mail box is usually full. Management changes every few months so you never know who the property manager is. They fail to communicate and properly deliver and sign lease agreements. Then do not even try to contact their tenant who has always paid their rent to discuss what is going on or get them their new lease agreement but then want to evict tenants. This place is a joke. The new property manager seems very nice and on top of things so I truly hope she can bring the morale of this place up to par.

Experiencia negativa: The management is very poor in customer service. They're not professional in any aspect of the words. I contacted the owner again about them.They retaliate and discriminate. They steal belongings from tenants when illegally evicting them during a pandemic. We are now being kicked out of our home of 6+ years because of retaliation from this company. Beware of these slumlords. That do not fix anything but always trying to do an inspection. Fix what's wrong and stop making issues. Learn how to be professional when it comes to working with the public. Common courtesy goes a long way.

They have beautiful apartments that are affordable and very well maintained. My daughters and I have lived under them for years and it has been a great experience all around!

The in between management were not so good. Speaking only on the first management manager not assistant. Current Management and Assistant are both good.
Experiencia negativa: I have had trouble from the move in with this place With bugs that took over 6 months to clean up With a brown substance running down the walls and even dripping into my food that was cooking at the time Then the water heater goes out spraying water every where making everything in the apartment wet They replaced the water heater I go to take a bath and only have 2 min of hot water they get someone to look at it and he can't find what's going on with it the repair man said that there is a flow valve that could be getting stuck open that he would let them know and go from there nothing was done Today I get up and have no heat I call and call the number that's given and no one is there You can never get someone when you have problems what good is a emergency number if no one is there to get it I have pictures videos of all I have put in this post. Wish I could say that things got better but I can't they have only got worse after the water heater happened the up stairs apartment flooded down in my apartment don't know what happened just woke up and stepped in water but there's more the heater and air unit went out and again water leaks out all over my apartment wishing that was the end of things but sadly not there's more water to come one morning I walk into my bathroom and again there's water all over the floor the apartment next to me toilet backs up and floods both her apartment and mine but it doesn't stop there on December 16 2020 I find what you now see in the pictures posted so if your thinking of getting a apartment here or with and of the apartment complexes they run I would not do it there not safe for people or animals to live in

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I rent from Winterwood Inc. & they charge a reasonable rate, their properties are beautiful and well maintained. I get complimented all the time on how nice our apartment is. It was the best we found when we started looking and they don't over price them. The staff is professional and the maintenance is the best. When our air went out over the summer the maintenance man came within hours to fix it & even came back after hours as soon as I called to fix it when it shut off again. They really try to make their properties a nice place to live.

Landlord is rude , property manager is very disrespectful, filed an eviction for NO OUTSTANDING reason and lied upon paperwork . Assaults do no matter as long as they have nothing to clean up on their ends . NOT a safe complex , kids are out all hours of the night , parents are just as worse with being loud , and very rude. Not all neighbors were bad off as some . Just wouldn’t recommend ANY of their properties THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS

Warsaw place apartments in Dry Ridge My is the worst place and manager won't clean it up. People living with people that's not supposed to be there and people housing 9 cats and more in the little apartments. Carpets getting tore up by dogs. It's let go. Awful place to live because nothing gets done. And kids there destroy central airs and everything. I wouldn't recommend to anybody!

I’ve been trying to contact Corporate for a matter of days and still haven’t got a response, no shock their. I recommend a homeless shelter.

Experiencia negativa: At falcon crest apartments in Louisville KY they have a reputation of stealing deposits by making up reasons to not return deposits. They also lie to charge $40 a day extra by making claims that you didn't move when u give ur notice to move. At first it was rumored but when I moved out they did the same to me. They do all they can to keep u from being able to sue them in court for the return of ur full deposit. When I lived there they kept the grounds clean but the maintenance man Wayne was well known for making claims on maintenance calls to try to make u have to pay out of pocket for various things. They would also put tow tags on vehicle's giving 24 hrs to fix ur car but in reality would tow u in less than 24hrs. Several people have lost cars because of that. They have been known to bully tenants for telling the truth about the way management does things.
