Kim did an amazing job of being with me every step of the way and for a first time home buyer this process can be incredibly intimidating. Kim not only helped me secure a place that I loved, but helped secure funds for me to be able to own the place I found. Kim told me back in January about a grant program where you can get from 30,000 dollars up to 50, 000 dollars in grant money for those who are middle income people looking to buy. With the help of Kim and a huge support behind me I was able to apply and get the grant, but none of it would have been made possible without Kim’s help start to finish. The grant only had one week to go shopping and put in an offer so at the drop of a hat we were out house shopping like no tomorrow and Kim helped pick out and send info every day to be with me every step of the process. In talking with them they said they could also show us any other homes we found. My wife sent them a list and they put us in a queue to show us any other homes that would come up for sale before we came down to Arizona. We would call periodically to check on things. When we made our plans to arrive, Becky set up a Monday and Tuesday for us to look at around 14 homes. By Tuesday late morning we narrowed it down to two homes. Once we made a choice they were able to give us the name of a home inspector to get that part done before we left. Our experience with them was amazing.
