I met Savanah 3 years ago and she arranged viewings of multiple units for me in Riverdale over the years. I was mostly just browsing, unsure of my budget, committment level and what exactly I was looking for. Savanah is very personable, chill, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, reliable and honest -- basically, she embodies all the qualities one would hope for in a real estate broker. She was very tenacious and persistent in getting viewings from unresponsive brokers/sellers and would always follow through. She was never pushy, always attentive and patient, and hand-held me through the entire process. She is fantastic all around and I can't recommend her enough.

Alhough the real estate process when buying into a co-operative in NYC can be overwhelming and exhausting, Katja has made the process a bit promising for me. Experiencia negativa: They warehouse personal information, buyers beware of manipulative listings and sales tactics, they gather names, numbers, pre-approval letters, W2s, bank statements, then solicit sales...tactics are to list a handful of sales to get thousands of views. Multiple annoying experiences with this company, 2x as a buyer 1x as a seller, this 3rd time is the last. I directly requested and was looking for transparency and was generally taken advantage of. If they manipulate like this before a contract, I can't imagine how it gets once your deposit is in their/ seller's escrow. Company is also scrubbing reviews, with only 5 stars showing up (likely ai generated). For context I had offered 65k over ask....I had made it clear I hadn't wanted to give W2s unless needed....agent was fully aware bids were substantially higher, as in approaching 100k+ over ask on a apartment in hells kitchen, they wasted my time, collected info on me, and given I had to tell them in past experiences I wasn't interested. I can confidently say they warehouse data to use for their advantage and do create call lists. They're screening for their call list as much as they are screening on a sellers behalf, he's hiding behind hdfc, I've had frustrating experiences with this company before which is why I wrote the first review. Now I'm making it longer for context...A buyer can not trust them. Either these were real offers or bid manipulation on the sales team, either way skip this place, they aren't going to be, transparent, honest or easy to deal with. From my experience, they haven't been.
