Fantastic experience: We met Jeff 8 yearrs ago on a phone call placed 3 states away. I actually sent my daughter , who was a student at the UT at the time, to look at the house. He was wonderful helping us see the house virtually. Being a distant buyer he was professional, honest and fair. He helped us work through the entire buying process. The house, we purchased, was sold in multi offer sale. He was able to advise us on how to offer in oredr to purchase the house without overbidding. Along the way he has helped us with this rental property. As the time came to sell our house he was very helpful with everything that need done to sell the house, as we are still 3 states away. We followed his advise and was able to sell the house in 3 days of the listing, at a price we did not think possible.We appreciate how hard he has worked for us. I would highly recommend Jeff as both a purchasing agent and a selling agent. He went above and beyond for us, both in the buying and selling of our property. We are only giving him 5 stars because there is nothing better availble.

Fantastic experience: My fiancee and I just closed on our first home and we couldn't be happier! Jeff was amazing throughout the process, showing us home after home and working with our schedules. We ended up with the perfect house that was well within our budget. We will definitely be calling Jeff in the future for any real estate needs and recommend him to any friends and family!
