Fantastic experience: I am on disability and lived in Indiana. My family lives in Toledo, so I started looking for a place in June. I contacted probably every place available in the area. Stewart Beal was the very first person I contacted. I applied and continued looking because the first place I liked that Beal Properties offered was far from where my daughter lives. So I continued looking but came back to Beal when I noticed an apartment in close vicinity. Stewart referred me to Krista Rickman. I have never been as happy as I was when I spoke with her. Not only is she professional, but she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to leasing with Lucas County Housing Authority. She led me every step of the way and it was so appreciated. It's actually quite a process and I would have been lost without her. I love my apartment and so do my cats. We are getting settled in and couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Beal Properties while looking for an apartment last minute in Toledo to be closer to campus. I worked directly with Lyndsey and had a great experience! I was shown a variety of options in one day that fit my needs / budget and found the perfect place the same day. Lyndsey was more than accommodating throughout the application process. Fantastic experience: Re: Maintenance Jake is awesome. I have had 3 service issues. Freezer stopped freezing they came straight out and replaced it. Oven heating element went out they replaced the whole stove. Tenants upstairs plumbing was backing up my bathroom sink and overflowing. Two different plumbers came out couldn't figure it out. Jake came out and got it fixed and patched the hole in the wall all in the same day. He is an amazing maintenance guy. Definitely not getting paid enough.

The showing of the apartment was very easy to setup and the representative from Beal Properties (Lindsey Moore) was on time and very thorough during the viewing. Fantastic experience: All bad reviews forget two things: price, and possibility to visit beforehand. I visited 5 apartments with them, and all of them had a good quality/price ratio (although some were far better than others for the same price), but obviously, at such low prices, dont expect too much: AC, sound insulation, washing machine... Ask the right questions when you visit (thanks Jack) to know what youre getting in, and youll be fine. Management is good for move-in, and still quite responsive after (thanks Lindsey). Conclusion: great for the price :)

Fantastic experience: This is purely for the maintenance man Jake, we've had many serious issues at this apartment, and while I can't honestly recommend the apartment or the company, Jake was here within minutes when my bathroom was flooding due to a issue outside of my control. He did a fantastic job vacuuming the water, and assuring me we won't be charged since it wasn't our fault. This maintenance man, Jake did a marvelous fast job in responding to the emergency 5 out of 5 stars for Jake.

Fantastic experience: BRITTANY STANTON from Beal properties was a big help to us with helping my son to get rental assistance due to Covid. My son had a serious case of Covid-19 and was unable to work for a month; His job gave him no assistance or guidance. Without Brittanys help getting the pathway relief for that month he would not have been able to pay his rent. we appreciate her.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure how to post a new review so I'm editing my last review. I just want to say thanks to Geoff Van'thoff for his immediate attention to the no heat situation that I discovered recently. I called and was able to speak directly to Geoff. No surprise that he already had someone working on the problem. The heat was only off maybe one day and I applaud Geoff for always giving being available and responding quickly to any service issues that may arise in my building... I live on Dorr st, and after looking over dozens of apartments, I took one look at this one and loved it. It is very spacious and the layout is accommodating. I've lived here for almost a year and a half. I am blessed to be able to perform routine repairs myself but with something beyond my capabilities, I have to file a service issue. Therein lies the rub I've heard dreadful stories from other tenants and associates about Beal properties response to service issues. My experience, up until recently, has been the same. Although, dealing with Stuart Beal has been pleasant, he has been true to his word on promises he has made. More importantly, Geoff Van'thof has been heading up the maintenance staff lately, and he has done THE ABSOLUTE BEST JOB POSSIBLE! Having a maintenance and management background myself, I TRULY APPLAUD; Geoff, Lisa, the maintenance supervisor, and Chad Brewer, grounds supervisor. Between these people, we, who live in this building, can feel more secure in knowing that our service issues will be more readily addressed.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my apartment!! Lindsay was great and helped me to get a service issue taken care of by forwarding my email to the regional manager. Hats off to her. My neighbors are quiet and the rent is affordable.

Fantastic experience: The process, response time and professionalism I witnessed when a family member moved into one of the properties was unmatched. Lyndsey helped a family member get moved in and it was so hassle free! She was knowledgable and also made sure to check on my cousin after she moved in! Fantastic experience: I have been living in my apartment for 2 years, I'm about to sign my lease next week for a new year, they are very professional, especially Brittany Stanton, there's not room on the page to say how much she has helped me in these trying pandemic times, she goes over and beyond to help, she even let me know where I could potentially get help while out of work, my two sons are leaving for college and didn't have to worry about their senior years in high school, or stressing about moving to a new school district, I CREDIT BRITTANY FOR THAT, a great person and I know Beal is proud to have her..

Fantastic experience: Jake on the maintenance crew was extremely helpful today. My furnace went out late last night and he was kind enough to bring me electric heaters until the heating guys get here. Thank you Jake!! Hopefully I'll be toasty warm again here soon!! Lol. Thankfully Rick was able to give me every phone number I needed so I could get these heaters and let the correct people know that my furnace was out. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have known what to do. Lol. Both very professional and good working guys!

Had a shower issue that was taking care of in a matter of few days Brian from Plumberz what a awesome dude took care of my issue in no time.
