Fantastic experience: My husband and I grew tired of watching the stock market volatility and decided to venture into the real estate investment arena. We started with a condo in Florida which Katherine spent endless hours researching. She showed us many properties and we purchased a condo at a very good price. We then decided to invest in some houses in Toledo & Maumee. Katherine found us several houses that have created income and excellent investment opportunities for us as we worked toward retirement. Fantastic experience: Katherine was great to work with on our home search! We were looking to move back to our home town from out of state and even though we had to work with her remotely most of the time she was always available and attentive. When we first started the process to put up our house as first time sellers she took her time explained what everything meant, showed and talked to us about how to stage the house and thing to help sell it!
