Negative experience: Unresponsive, unreliable, wastes your time with empty commitments. I set up a phone meeting time with his secretary. I was told that he'd call me at XX time, he didn't. I called him later and let him know the properties I was interested in, he said he'd book the viewings for me... then he never got back. I emailed him to remind him that my visit to Toledo was coming up and to further remind him of the properties, no response to the emails either. Just be upfront if you don't want to help, don't agree to something and waste people's time waiting for your response. For a long time, I didn't contact any other realtor because I didn't want to double-book. Buyers, save yourselves the trouble and go to a more reliable real estate agent to start. There are realtors who follow through with what they say they'll do.

Fantastic experience: I had a Home Buyer 1 on 1 counseling session with Rob Pasker today and it went great. Rob Pasker is very knowledgeable and informative about real estate. He walked me through a step by step plan to improve my credit and saving for the future. I was given a thorough summary of how I can make my money work for me and how to apply it to the purchase of my 1st home. We went over things to do and who to contact to get started with my pre-approval process to secure a home loan and possible down payment assistance.
