Outstanding to day the least ! She helped us sell our home with a lot of ups and downs she helped us stay on track . She also is very on top of colors and what sells and best bang for your buck. We thank her for being the best realtor we ever worked with .

Negative experience: Never go here when your a new home owner. They will scam an lie to you this was a night mare. Both agents were from this location and our agent was not even at closing. We were lied to and payed more in closing costs then we had to and payed for service s that we were told we had to but we didn't because loan agent has to do them anyways. And home owner didn't even have keys to the house at closing and we're and did enter the home days later after closing. So we throw away money that was unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: Kurt Seibenick IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER! AND HE DRESSES VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HE'S PERSONABLE! I bought a home, he was my agent, the process went VERY SMOOTH, & I'm a first time home buyer, a Senior citizen, a Vietnam-era Female Veteran, on a fixed income, & I bought a 3Bdr, 1 bath home in a very respectable area of Toledo. ALL KURT REQUIRES IS THAT YOU DON'T BS HIM, AND HE WILL GO TO BAT FOR YOU! From the time I submitted my offer until closing date was 3 months! WOOHOO! If you want a FANTASTIC HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE, GO WITH REMAX PERFERRED TOLEDO OHIO!

Negative experience: My wife and I have had a very bad experience with this Remax group. Our agent did very little to nothing to aid in the home buying process. We found all the houses that we looked at on our own. The agent never sent even one home for us to look at. In the end our agent failed to let the listing agent know what the intended closing date was, and the sellers went on vacation! (not their fault). Our closing was delayed for 10 days because of this error. It seems to me to be a very important bit of information to share with a listing agent and sellers. In the end our agent did very little and is going to get paid very well for it! Just bad Business!
