Fantastic experience: Joe Mathias was our buyers’ agent when my wife and I bought our house in 2017. He showed us houses in Perrysburg, Sylvania, Toledo and Ottawa Hills, helped us work through what we wanted in a house, and ultimately helped us get a good price for the house we bought in Ottawa Hills. It made sense to use Joe again in 2024 when we sold that house (and moved out of the area). Joe helped us identify what we should do to the house before it went on the market, coordinated the interior and exterior photo shoots, set up compelling MLS and Zillow listings, and executed a successful “Coming Soon” campaign. We received an offer for asking price five days after the house was officially on the market and closed on the house 20 days later(!), despite non-trivial inspection items .
