Fantastic experience: Rick is an amazing realtor! When I bought my first house he helped the process go so smooth. He is extremely nice and professional very down to earth and goes above and beyond. When it was time to sell that house my husband and I knew we would be calling him for the job. Recently my husband had to help his grandma sell her house and we knew right away who to call. Every snag we hit he had a solution for us. The group of people he recommends are amazing as well. Need an inspector he will send you a great one. We had remediations that needed done before the sale could continue and he had someone for us to call right away! We truly trust this guy he makes both selling and buying a home as stress free as possible. I’m almost positive we are in our forever home now but if we ever need to buy or sell again this is who I would call. Highly recommended!
