Fantastic experience: We met John through a relocation with my company. He worked closely with us every step of the way and we put him through the test with at least 20-25 showings over several months while we were still living in Colorado! John helped us negotiate an offer within our budget on a home we'd had our eyes on the entire time and we love it! The listing agent (who is NOT with the same agency as John) was at times difficult to work with and John helped us manage the inspection and contractor estimate process throughout the time leading up to the close of our sale.
