I can't describe the meeting with Mr. Asghir any better. By chance, due to a doctor's visit, I ended up at the neighboring real estate office Kaimo Property Service. I have been looking for an apartment in Mallorca for a while and kept getting stuck on the typical questions for us apartment seekers: What additional costs can I expect? How do I handle the notary, where do I get the NIE number from? Which bank do I open a Spanish account with and what kind...? Taxes? Broker fees? Mr. Asghir explained all these questions that had been bothering me for weeks in his friendly manner during our very first conversation, openly, accurately, and as long as it took for me to understand every last point. It was certainly not only because Mr. Asghir speaks approximately 7 languages fluently and understands everything that you would rather discuss in your mother tongue than in holiday Spanish, perfectly. Mr. Asghir grasped my expectations of what I wanted during this first chance meeting, understood my financial framework, and within 8 weeks I had tailored apartment offers and now after 9 weeks, my dream apartment. The best part is that Mr. Asghir not only handles the process professionally with the sellers, banks, and notaries, of course, in the language one wants, but is also always available for questions later on. On the one hand, because one simply cannot always be on site, and on the other, because after a purchase many questions arise. His rich experience and incredible network with craftsmen, shops, and local companies make it simply infinitely easy to design the apartment exactly as one wishes. Rarely have I met someone who does their work with such passion; one has the feeling that he treats every client as if it were his own apartment. As I said, if someone is looking for a realtor, regardless of whether they are already sure or unsure in the real estate market, I can only advise going here. More passion, fairness, and transparency cannot be found, in my opinion. In this sense, a heartfelt thank you and remain as you are!
