Negative experience: Definitely, this real estate agency leaves a lot to be desired. We have been trying to rent an apartment for a year, checking their website daily (the highest number of visits will surely be ours) and contacting them every day through calls and WhatsApp. We request information about the apartments in the morning and they tell us there is a waiting list, fine, I can understand that, but then in the afternoon my partner calls and they say it’s already reserved? I don’t get it. Then they put us on a waiting list for two others and remind us every two days to see how the waiting list was doing, and suddenly after two weeks there were no apartments available that we were waiting for. We contacted the girl and she tells us that they had removed them a long time ago… hello? Can’t they call us to inform us or send us a simple WhatsApp? We understand the current situation but what I see as terrible about this real estate agency is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION TOWARDS CLIENTS because I have already contacted more people and they are experiencing the same thing. Maybe they are not very interested in renting or selling because they have priorities… I don’t know. I find it extremely difficult to communicate with you and to receive proper treatment, but very, very difficult.

Fantastic experience: Wir haben uns mehrere Immobilien angesehen. Auch wenn es am Ende nicht zum Abschluss gekommen ist, haben wir uns ernst genommen und wohl gefühlt.
