Fantastic experience: I would like to thank for the treatment received from the agency

Negative experience: A disaster of an experience when trying to rent an apartment... Alex's attention was a disaster... telling me lies like that the studio takes more than a week after submitting economic data by doubling the minimum requirements, it seems to me that after providing all my documentation, during the first visit to the apartment, I had to spend 8 days behind the paperwork and was given long delays, when this process at another real estate agency would take 24-48h. A shame, luckily we switched to another real estate agency that uses the same insurer and gave us the ok within 24h. As an advisor, he is not trustworthy, don't waste people's time, especially when they have the hope of creating a home.

Negative experience: Update: a few hours after writing my review, I received a call from Ana, in which she told me that she had shown my review to her lawyer and that I had lied because what I complained about were issues with the construction company, not theirs, as they only act as intermediaries. She uses the example that if a store sells pants that are poorly sewn, the responsibility lies not with the store, but with the manufacturer. Personally, and using her own example, I believe that the store should take responsibility for the quality of its products, instead of blaming the manufacturer and washing its hands, or at least help the customer to exchange the defective product. It is hard to find the words to define the great amount of incompetence in Gestió Habitatge. We decided to buy a flat with them from a new construction promotion, and we felt very disappointed and scammed, as things they promised were things they never fulfilled. A couple of examples: in the reservation contract they wanted to set the delivery date for May, but seeing the state of the construction, it seemed unrealistic to us, and indeed the delivery was made at the end of July. If we had listened to them, we would have been left on the street for three months. Another issue that affected the entire community was internet access: they promised us that the installation was already done, but when we received the flats, it turned out that the fiber connection to the building was not completed, and we had to go months without internet in our flats (relying on mobile data), having to manage the solution to this problem among the neighbors. They are the kind of people who deceive and manipulate for their own benefit, and they wanted to 'do us a favor' (as they marketed it) by managing the registration of the homeowners' association. What was the result of their work? More than half a year without a community, countless messages, calls, and emails unanswered, many unfounded excuses, and in the end, they sent us an 'act' that when our current manager saw it, he couldn't help but laugh. They have one face before selling and another after, and they play the victim and deflect blame, claiming that everything was the construction company's fault. Furthermore, it's hard to understand that nowadays, with the number of spell checkers available online, they communicate with so many spelling and grammatical mistakes (you wouldn't believe the eye pain in some emails); yet another example of their lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Alquilamos un piso con ellos, solo ponían la mano para cobrar y no nos atendían como debería. Siempre con excusas o largas. Deje el piso y tardaron como 2 meses en devolverme la fianza diciéndome que se le había pasado… no lo recomiendo. Ademas del carácter altivo de uno de sus trabajadores.

Negative experience: La agencia de Les Franqueses atención pésima, teníamos visita con Alex (con una semana de antelación), insistimos en ser los primeros en ver el inmueble ya que nos interesaba, nos confirmó que éramos los primeros de su agenda. Nos llama el mismo día de la visita por la mañana para anularla, diciéndonos que está reservada, que éramos los primeros pero de su agenda de hoy, no la de sus compañeros y para acabar y colmar el vaso suelta una risita, me pareció una total falta de respeto por parte del comercial. Poco serio, informal y una tomadura de pelo.

Lo que más me ha gustado, ha sido la información y la ayuda por parte del guarda de seguridad que me ha sorprendido gratamente porque normalmente no están ahí para darnos tanta información y su ayuda. Ahí se nota la formación que le han dado a esta persona. Es un gran paso hacia el futuro en vez de tanta tecnología que muchas personas no saben cómo funciona. No estoy en contra, pero debemos seguir adelante con el poder de la comunicación.

Negative experience: Vaig patir amb Gestió Habitatge, força anys enrere, una desagradable experiència. Desconec si encara segueix el mateix equip directiu o no i per tant no puc valorar la seva professionalitat en l’actualitat.

Fantastic experience: Estamos muy felices de haberlos conocido. Llevábamos mucho tiempo buscando un piso en las Franqueses, y en las inmobiliarias a las que habíamos ido, la que no nos engañaba con algo, nos ocultaba información. Ellos han sido honestos todo el tiempo, y lo mejor, es que se han molestado en encontrarnos opciones, para mejorar las cosas que no estaban como queríamos. Y nos han ayudado un montón con el banco y el tema de la hipoteca!!! Ya no nos vamos a cambiar de piso hasta que seamos viejos, pero siempre les vamos a recomendar.
