Negative experience: I don't even know where to start. If I say that in my own opinion they are scammers, I'm underestimating it. They have been managing the community for more than 15 years, our mistake for not reviewing anything, they were charging us every time we asked for a plumbing repair, for example, they came to check it and charged us for coming. Excuse me, but this cannot be more of a scam; this is included in their annual fee to take care of such matters. They charged us for following up on an insurance claim, even for opening that claim with the insurance, all for things included in their fees, a 24-hour phone line that they don't even have or attend to, etc., fees that they have been increasing without communicating it, with amounts higher than the inflation rate. They informed us that the community insurance would increase by €1000, and we received a direct letter from the insurance company two months later stating that it would increase by over €200, before the letter. How did they communicate that? We called the insurance, and even they didn't know what the renewal price would be yet; so where do they get that €1000 from? WE HAVE REQUESTED, IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, THE INVOICES TO REVIEW THEM, AND THEY HAVE DENIED THEM TO US. They have deceived us with claims against debtors that they have not filed; I can go on... THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS WE ARE REVIEWING ALL THE DOCUMENTATION THEY GAVE TO THE NEW ADMINISTRATORS WE HAVE, AND OF COURSE, WE WILL TAKE THEM TO THE SOCIAL COURTS SO THAT THE PROSECUTOR ACTS AS HE SHOULD. A year later, we are still discovering things to pass on to the lawyer for the lawsuit. Invoices without tax data, etc... IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I CAN PROVE EVERYTHING AND YOU KNOW IT, JUST WAIT, YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE MY LAWSUIT.

Negative experience: The most expensive management we have ever had. Rude and arrogant staff. Not recommendable at all.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience with a lady who is in charge of managing the property where I reside. We have been trying to solve the problem of the Palamós building for months and we haven't made any progress. Perhaps we will have to change property management.

Negative experience: Terrible service by Mrs. Yolanda Gómez Cucharero, an employee at this real estate agency; a disastrous treatment as a professional, a 0.

Negative experience: The truth is that just as I read that others have had billing issues, we have also encountered many problems with invoices that we were unaware of. Invoices without tax details, invoices we didn't know had been charged to us, invoices for managing insurance parts that are obviously included in the price. Furthermore, we always had to chase them for these tasks, poor phone service. The best part is that they also charge us for a call center and a phone line to the community, plus a 24-hour service that they have never provided... I am still shocked, they take days/weeks to respond to emails, do not return calls. Personally, I do not recommend it, the service is nothing compared to what we have now and they are also twice as expensive as other administrators since we requested 5 quotes and all were almost half the price. They do not show any documentation, and when requested, they do not want to provide it and make excuses. We have found an invoice from a contractor for fixing a lock, for instance (1.5 hours of actual work), they charged us approximately 15 hours, €350, plus travel, etc., etc... does it turn out that the contractor also stayed overnight in the community? We are not happy at all, and therefore I personally do not recommend it. (A very common response I see they give is that they can’t find them in their database; they won’t find me in this case with my name, it’s true, the property is under my mother-in-law's name, but the situation is real, and I’ve lived it for 8 years. Stop making excuses and show the documentation to your clients and be transparent as it is your duty.)

Negative experience: I'm sorry to have to give this rating, but my father has already complained about the treatment from one of the workers who maintain the property we have in Palamós. There's a guy who is arrogant and rude, he disrespected my parents and spoke to them in a bad manner, and this is not the first time nor are we the only ones who find the treatment and responses from that guy with glasses deplorable. At the next meeting, we will propose changing property administrators, and it's been a few years already... I don't think it's right that that young man can talk like that to the owners or anyone else, after all, I pay punctually and comply... They should be careful with whom they let represent their company.

Negative experience: In line with what several people are saying. There is nothing good or positive to evaluate about them. Appalling attention, bad service... I would need an entire page to explain the poor management that took place in our community. Transparency 0, they don't show you invoices, everything is very murky, budgets are ridiculously inflated, actions not approved by the community, charges for services we didn't even know we had... Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Bonjour, surtout ne PAS FAIRE CONFIANCE à cette communauté qui est à éviter à tout prix si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problème ! Ne respecte pas ses obligations, se croit au-dessus des lois : refus de communiquer le règlement de copropriété, n’envoie pas les convocations à tous les propriétaires (aucun document n’est fourni pour les AG), refuse de répondre aux questions posées en AG en appelant la police pour faire sortir la personne qui dérange en posant des questions (véridique !), impossibilité d’avoir accès aux comptes, les devis sont souvent différents des factures, les comptes rendus AG ne reflètent pas la réalité, ne répond jamais aux courriers pourtant envoyés en recommandé avec A/R, n’envoie plus les appels de fonds aux personnes qui le dérangent, refuse que l’on enregistre les débats… Certains propriétaires ont fait des travaux non conformes et malgré la connaissance du problème ne fait rien pour les faire modifier. Nous savons que cette Communauté est en procédure avec d’autres propriétaires sur d’autres résidences, etc. etc. ¡Hola, NO CONFÍEN en esta comunidad, que deben evitar a toda costa si no quieren tener problemas! No respeta sus obligaciones, se cree por encima de la ley: negativa a facilitar el reglamento de copropiedad, no envía notificaciones a todos los propietarios (no se facilitan documentos para las JGA), se niega a responder a las preguntas que se hacen en las JGA llamando a la policía para que se lleve a la persona que está molestando en la reunión haciendo preguntas (¡historia real!), imposible acceder a las cuentas, los presupuestos suelen ser diferentes a las facturas, las actas de las AG no reflejan la realidad, nunca responde a las cartas a pesar de ser enviadas por correo certificado con acuse de recibo, ya no envía llamadas para pedir fondos a las personas que le molestan, se niega a que se graben los debates... Algunos propietarios han realizado obras que no cumplen y a pesar de conocer el problema no hace nada para que las cambien. Sabemos que esta Comunidad está en trámites con otros propietarios sobre otras residencias, etc. etc.

Fantastic experience: C’est une société à recommander en tout point. Elle a repris la gestion de l’urbanisation où j’avais un bien et à partir de ce moment tout a été parfait. Merci à Victoria pour la tenue des comptes et le suivi des informations. Mais la personne à qui je dois toute ma gratitude est Madame Elba CUATRECASAS. Pour faire court, mon dossier était fort complexe, c’est avec une sincère abnégation et une gentillesse extrême qu’elle a solutionné tous les problèmes liés à ce bien et qu’elle a réalisé la vente de celui-ci au-delà de mes espérances. Je lui suis infiniment reconnaissant et très honoré d’avoir été en affaire avec elle.

Durante muchos años, Salvadó y Gubert ha sido administrador de la comunidad de propietarios del edificio donde tenemos un piso. Esto ha resultado en un ambiente muy favorable en nuestra comunidad, donde siempre ha habido un ambiente muy positivo y donde toda la gente se lleva bien y con mucha cordialidad, gracias a las intervenciones de Salvadó y Gubert. Finalmente, en los últimos años, nuestro edificio ha pasado por mejoras importantes y Salvadó y Gubert ha proporcionado la guía que hemos necesitado para hacer esas mejoras trabajan para miembros de la comunidad. Salvadó y Gubert es una de las más antiguas y respetadas agencias inmobiliarias en Palamós. ¡Muy recomendados!
