Negative experience: We rented our apartment through Novafinca Palamós and it was a real NIGHTMARE. The tenants caused severe damage to the property (even in the community), including scratches on all the doors and a destroyed wall. The real estate agency did not take responsibility and only made superficial repairs. (Giving us the runaround on all aspects) Moreover, they did not pay the basic services and the agency washed its hands of it. They left the apartment in deplorable conditions. We do not recommend this agency under any circumstances. The manager of the agency, when she saw us appear there to give us an explanation about what happened, sneaked away leaving the mess to Mari, who managed the rental, leaving the mess to her.

It's important to value the ability to resolve issues when there is a problem; there is no need to lose manners and education, nor is it necessary to lie by saying that you have been in a property and that you have seen a certain problem when in reality you haven’t been there and couldn’t see it.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria con poca profesionalidad. Quedamos para ver dos apartamentos con desplazamiento de más de 100 kms y cuando llegamos al lugar nos dicen que uno no lo podemos ver porque el propietario no podía y el otro tampoco porque el propietario tenía visitas. Y además el comercial no es ni con el que habíamos quedado y ni estaba enterado que íbamos a ver dos propiedades. Pésima gestión y falta de información al cliente.
