Positive experience: I spent a few days at the apartment on Passeig del Mar, 44, in Palamós. I must say that the space is bright, ventilated, and the property has been quiet. On the other hand, I found the appliances to be old and lacking, the bathrooms seemed unsuitable for the building with the damaged tiled floor, and the bedroom wardrobes would not close properly. The sea views are blocked by the trees on the promenade. Overall, it was not a satisfactory stay.

Positive experience: I share the experience with the Sa Calma REF2903 HUTG-060722 apartment. The property managers have noticed that the apartment no longer meets the original characteristics. They have contacted and shown a very positive attitude to redirect the situation. Thank you very much for your attention. Positive: Spacious, bright, ventilated, quiet building and well located. Negative: *It is advertised with sea views: this is not true. WARNING: The photos are outdated. The reality is that the trees on the promenade block the sea views (see attached images) *The area is under construction and they didn't explain well how to access the parking. We had to figure it out ourselves. *Old and defective appliances. The dishwasher failed on the first day. The properties admitted it was about to break down. They bought a new one, which arrived after 3 days. The washing machine has rust spots and the rubber is repaired with silicone. The stove doesn’t function on the largest plate. *The kitchen flooring is damaged. *Suite bath. The interior moldings of the bathroom door are all swollen from humidity. The toilet is poorly secured to the floor, with all the perimeter silicone dirty and broken.

Positive experience: Dear all, although we cannot change what we have experienced, we sincerely appreciate your reparative attitude. We are human and we can make mistakes as you rightly say. Thank you very much for the response. Original opinion: The apartment had significant deficiencies and the advertised photos showing the sea are outdated. It is first line without views...

Fantastic experience: We booked the apartment for a maximum of 10 people at Placa de la Murada 2 in Palamos. The apartment is excellent in terms of location, layout, and amenities! The view from the rooftop terrace and front balcony is breathtaking: harbor, sea, and beach with a view of the entire bay. The walk to the beach is short. The service and care from Integral Finques is great, very reachable, quick responses, reliable, and always friendly and accommodating! This makes vacation truly enjoyable! Worry-free enjoyment of the best time of the year is thus guaranteed. From our perspective, the apartment and also the renting organization are really highly recommendable!

Fantastic experience: Top agency! At first I was afraid because coming from France I didn't know the agency and I'm used to booking on booking or Airbnb. But by going through them directly, the price is cheaper. The agency is in the city center and is at your disposal via WhatsApp; for any problem, you can count on them. Positive experience: I came to Palamós to spend two weeks with my family after working abroad all year. What seemed like a relaxing holiday in a spacious apartment advertised by Integral Finques with sea views turned into a major disappointment when we realized that the only views we had were of the trees along the promenade. As if that weren't enough, the dishwasher stopped working on the first day, and we had to wait several days washing dishes for six people by hand until they brought a replacement. Aside from that inconvenience, one of the cooktop zones wasn't working, which meant we had to start cooking hours earlier to have food for six people ready by noon. Furthermore, the washing machine had part of the rubber surrounding the drum covered in silicone, which created an unpleasant feeling every time we had to do laundry. The bunk bed I had to sleep on had a worn-out slat, causing the mattress to sink every time I stretched out. Because of these conditions, I often woke up with back pain and discomfort from not being able to rest properly. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience that has led me to think that for Integral Finques we are just a seasonal product that can be deceived without consequences.

Fantastic experience: Palamós is a beautiful town that is worth getting to know. That’s why my mother, my little dog, and I went. And yes, it’s lovely, quiet in early June, but with a very lively main street and all kinds of shops and services. We left with a very good taste in our mouths because, moreover, we hit the jackpot by renting an apartment with Integral Finques. We felt as comfortable as at home in a new, clean apartment, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts you can imagine and even some more that surprised us. Sleeping was fantastic, there was space to move around in all the rooms. We were right in the old town center, but close to the beach and near the private parking available to us. Also close to two areas to walk our dog, which is very important to consider in our case. We appreciate the total availability that the Integral Finques team had during our stay because knowing that you can contact them at any time makes you feel safer. In short, it was a PERFECT vacation. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Fantastic experience: We spent a week as 5 people in this fabulous apartment CA SOMIADA in the center of Palamós. The location, cleanliness, spaciousness, 2 fabulous terraces, but above all the parking space because otherwise it would be impossible to park nearby. The communication with the agency was very good. Fantastic experience: We hebben een zeer mooi en goed uitgerust appartement gehuurd via Integral Finques. Er was veel oog voor detail, zoals de fles wijn en water bij aankomst. Goede bedden en zeer schoon. De communicatie was ook zeer duidelijk, kortom een aanrader.

Fantastic experience: Hem estat 4 nits en un dels apartaments del carrer Enric Vincke a Palamós. Com a apartament tot molt correcte, net, nou i totalment reformat. L'atenció del personal de Integral Finques, perfecte. A l'hora de recollir les claus per primera vegada, millor aparcar el cotxe a 5 minuts y anar caminant, ja que estàn al centre de Palamós i és zona peatonal.

Een keuken met alles erop en eraan. Een heel mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader.

Nos atendieron muy bien y cuando fuimos a recoger las llaves nos facilitaron un parking mejor del que disponía el edificio del apartamento. El precio más barato que en cualquier otra web. Lo recomendamos.

Fantastic experience: Estamos deseando volver al apartamento vacacional que alquilamos a Integral Finques de Palamós. La mejor relación calidad-precio que hemos podido encontrar, desde luego. El trato por parte de Clara y Miquel, los agentes que nos han atendido ha sido de lujo, con amabilidad, accesibilidad (WhatsApp, teléfono, email) y eficiencia. El apartamento que alquilamos, no digo cuál para que ahora no vaya todo el mundo y podamos volver nosotros, es una joya, en primera línea de playa, tiene una terraza increíble, que solo de pasar 5 minutos allí ya se relajan tu cuerpo y tu alma. Todos los acabados son modernos, la decoración es minimalista y al mismo tiempo cálida. Los electrodomésticos están nuevos. Los baños son increíbles. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda, relajante y cómoda, que es justo lo que necesitábamos.

The kitchen was very well equipped with more than everything we needed. We found a lovely welcome parcel on our arrival. So after a long drive from France, we could truly relax the moment we entered the apartment. There's so much to say, but I'll end with a mention on how the view is spectacular. You get both mountains and sea. We're so grateful to have found excellent, clean, tidy and beautiful accomodation, and I'd highly recommend staying here. I certainly want to return again.

S'agraeix la plaça d'aparcament encara que sigui a l'edifici del costat. L'única cosa que es podria dir com a negativa és la falta d'ascensor, però si que tenia un monta càrregues per les maletes.
