Negative experience: Unprofessional, irresponsible, and informal. I traveled 63 km from Alicante to see an apartment in Rafal and the guy didn't show up!!! I call him and he says 'you should have told me' (even though we had agreed on a day and time) and asks me to wait an hour if I want to see the apartment!!! A disrespect to the client that has cost him a sale. If you are going to sell your apartment, better not count on someone like that. And the worst part is that the seller won't even realize that he hired a jerk and has lost the sale.

Negative experience: I contacted this real estate agency just under a year ago to visit two townhouses in Granja de Rocamora. I arranged the visit with the owner, who told me that her husband would contact me on the same day of the visit to send me the location. On the day of the visit, no one was calling me, so I called and the owner, with total impudence, told me that they had no sales representative to show me the properties. I expressed my astonishment and annoyance at the lack of professionalism and respect for my time. The owner then told me that he would call me back to schedule a new visit. I am still waiting.

Negative experience: Para mi, pésima experiencia con inmo Alejandro Martínez. Nos enseña una vivienda EL 8 DE AGOSTO y nos recomienda hacer una oferta y dar un DEPOSITO DE 1500 EUROS. EL NOS DIJO QUE EN CASO DE QUE LA VIVIENDA NO SALIERA A ADELANTE NOS DEVOLVERIAN EL DINERO AUTOMATICAMENTE. nos mintió!!! Es a día de hoy y todavía no me han devuelto el depósito ..por cierto el trabaja para la Haya real estate , una inmobiliaria que está denunciada por estafa continuada.
