Negative experience: Be careful!! We went to inquire about renting an apartment. To our surprise, we were told that we had to pay €300 for the apartment insurance, but in the name of the Tenant (owner of the apartment). THAT IS ILLEGAL. In response to the comment: I removed the card, but you know we are right. There are things that cannot be allowed, and people need to know.

Negative experience: My experience was dreadful. We were the first interested in a flat, we called, they told us they didn't have the keys. Upon insisting, they said the flat was already reserved, but they would show it to us anyway. Later, they told us that the owner no longer wanted to rent the flat, and a couple of days later, he wanted to rent it again. In the end, it seemed that we were going to get the flat; we started the process of leaving our previous home with the real estate agency's word that we should leave it calm because everything was settled. And 6 days before the contract signing, they told us that it was no longer available for us. All of this after we had already paid the deposit and everything. The result is that I find myself on the street, and the only thing I get from these people is a 'that's how it is.' This real estate agency lacks commitment and seriousness, leaving one speechless, and not to mention, there's not even a hint of heart or empathy for the people they deal with. Truly disgraceful. Do not be fooled.

Fantastic experience: Good morning, I would like to say that Inmobiliaria Castaño is the best real estate agency in Toledo. They have helped me a lot with the sale of my apartment and at the same time with the purchase of my new home. I am delighted!!!

Negative experience: UNA VERGÜENZA!!!! Daniel, uno de los comerciales nos llevó a visitar un piso y cuando estábamos en el piso, recibió una llamada, de salió a la terraza a hablar por teléfono y nos hizo un gesto con la mano, en plan, mirad el piso vosotros, después de más de 10 minutos sin hacernos caso, el seguía hablando, decidimos irnos y cuando estábamos en el ascensor, nos dice el CARADURA Y MALEDUCADO....no os ha gustado no? PERDONA A todo esto seguía sin colgar la llamada ni intención de hacerlo...lo cierto es que el piso si me gustó y me hubiese encantado preguntarle ciertas cosas...pero nos sentimos ignorados y muy muy MAL TRATADOS, una falta de respeto absoluta.
