Everything was super quick. They helped us throughout the entire process from the beginning; with management, documents we had no idea about, explanations at any hour we called, full support even though it was the middle of August and they were on vacation. Oscar made it much easier for us; he is a transparent, honest, and legal person. He made us trust completely during the buying process, which is not easy, and you hear all sorts of things and go in with fear! But everything went smoothly, and we are very grateful. Negative experience: I gave it one star because I can't give it zero stars. Very little professionalism. We agreed on a specific time to visit an apartment in Badalona and 5 minutes before the agreed time, Mireia told us that she had already attended to a couple and didn't ask for their names and thought we were them. We cannot stand this kind of treatment since we rushed to the apartment to make it to the appointment. Thank you, but we won't see each other again.
