Negative experience: Con la inmobiliaria en si nada, pero si con uno de sus clientes, que tengan cuidado, porque va enseñando fotos de un año para otro de desperfectos y hasta la humedad del piso te quiere cobrar, como si la humedad no saliera sola, y así se va quedando con la fianza de los que se van hiendo, porque alquila a estudiantes donde están este año y al año siguiente no, tiene un negocio montado, y no quiere devolver nada, me consta que tiene algún piso más, pero hablo de Covarrubias 20 bajo, no alquileis

Negative experience: Profesionales cero. Me dieron cita para el primer día que se podía visitar un piso para alquilar. Después de acudir a la cita, me dicen que ya está alquilado, cuando ni siquiera habían empezado a enseñarlo. Me proponen una segunda opción de otra vivienda en la misma zona y que me llaman esa misma tarde, han pasado dos semanas y todavía sigo esperando la llamada. El piso sigue estando anunciado en la página. Te dicen que tienen todos los pisos de la zona, ya os digo que ni sois profesionales, ni sois exclusivos, ya he encontrado piso de alquiler en esa zona así que no sois tan imprescindibles. Os pongo una estrella para poder escribir una reseña pero ni esa estrella tenéis

Fantastic experience: Son excelentísimos profesionales desde la A a la Z, de los que a pesar de la rapidez con la que se desenvuelven este tipo de contratos, se implican para resolver satisfactoriamente para ambas partes cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir posterior a su gestión! Estoy muy contenta y la recomiendo totalmente!

Fantastic experience: I have relied on them on numerous occasions for both rentals and the purchase of my house. Without a doubt, the best thing about them is that you feel like you are talking to real people who give you genuine advice (they don't try to convince you of anything...). They know how to recommend well, and they make all the legal procedures and paperwork much easier for you. I suppose many of the clients that go through there are different from those who leave reviews. I know several people who have worked with them and they only speak well of them. Honestly, I don't understand the rest of the reviews.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, people selling smoke all the time lying and on top of that in a bad manner. They tell you that it's already booked when it's a lie so that you jump into the pond first. They ask you for 5000 euros in advance without knowing that you won't get it back. You call them 20 times for the appraiser, they say yes yes yes and then it turns out that it has already been appraised by others after I had already paid the appraiser (lost money) and the worst part is that they tell you as if it was you who didn't want to buy, that it was your fault for not recognizing their mistake, having moved all kinds of banks and appraisers. A disgrace the treatment of the company, with the colleague not letting you speak for a single moment and only she is right in a bad manner. And I have really been the most respectful because I am an introverted person. Honestly, if the experience hadn't been so bad, I wouldn't post it here, read the comment and evaluate it if you want to buy with them.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency by far, María is an arrogant know-it-all who considers herself the queen of the world and always talks to you as if you were an idiot when the only incompetent and unprofessional one here is her. They tell you that they have been in the market for 30 years and that they work all over Toledo and Madrid, but they hardly know how to work. They deceive you and try to take as much money from you as possible. Thank goodness they got ahead of me and took away the house I was going to buy because I prefer not to pay them a dime!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I scheduled a visit to see an apartment for rent and no one showed up, neither the owner nor anyone else. I waited for an hour and no one bothered to appear. Today, I had another visit scheduled to see another apartment, they take it off the market and don’t even inform that it has already been sold... in short, a complete mess. They also don't answer calls. Try other real estate agencies like La Botica; they are way better.

Positive experience: My son has also wasted his time with these arrogant and incompetent people from Albatros in Toledo, just like other customers who indicate it in their reviews here. More than two weeks of them stalling to show him a very small apartment, and despite wanting to give them a deposit without seeing it, when he finally manages to see it the next day, they have rented or reserved it for someone else and have disregarded him. Let's see if we realize, you are more of a nuisance than a help for the real estate sector, vultures more than Albatros. I hope the same happens to you at some moment of need in your lives.

Negative experience: ALBATROS, AVENIDA GENERAL VILLALBA 12, 45003, TOLEDO. Not recommended at all, they are constantly deceiving people. They showed me an apartment saying that I was the first person to see it and that I had the possibility to take it. Because their requirement is to have a stable contract for at least 2 years and a minimum salary of €2000. Three days later, I called them, and they told me they were very sorry, but the insurance had not been accepted, even though I meet all the requirements. They claim that their 30 years of experience back them up, which can be seen from all the bad reviews they have; it’s obvious. Professionals based on the bad reviews they have. The only real estate agency in Toledo with very bad reviews. Additionally, I encountered the landlord of the apartment, and they didn't even let me talk to him; according to them, they take care of everything and have an insurance with us. Well, do not say that the final word is with the landlord. A pair of liars making people waste their time.

In my case, they showed me an apartment to rent, indicated that I had priority to take it since I was the first to see it (they say that this is the RULE of their real estate agency), I decided to keep the apartment. After 4 days, I called them and they told me that they had given it to another person who visited it later (explanation: the owner of the apartment prefers a woman since she will take better care of it than a man). From what I see in older reviews, this is not the first time they do this...

Cuelgan el anuncio en los portales de venta de viviendas estando duplicados los anuncios. No volveré jamás ni a comprar ni vender en esta inmobiliaria. Creo que no quieren trabajar.

Negative experience: No me ha gustado esta inmobiliaria, la atención deja mucho que desear, fuimos ayer a firmar un contrato de alquiler y nos dio una sensacion de dejadez y desorden , la chica que nos atendió no sabía casi nada de lo que ibamos a hacer, le teníamos que estar explicando nosotros los pagos y lo que veníamos a hacer, cuando ya habíamos quedado con ellas por teléfono . Encima cuando nos fueron a dar las llaves, solo había dos juegos, siendo que los inquilinos somos 3 y nos dijeron que la copia de las llaves que faltaba la hiciésemos nosotros. Fatal, el año que viene no alquilaremos ningun piso aquí...

Negative experience: Hola quería comentar la falta de profesionalidad de esta inmobiliaria,quedamos para que nos enseñen un chalet que estamos interesados y habia veinte chalet para visitar y solo podían enseñarnos el chalet piloto,hasta hay bien pero nos van a enseñar otro chalet que es diferente y de repente nos viene el seguridad de la obra y nos echa del chalet por que no tenían derecho a enseñárselo ,no habían ni perdido permiso a la obra para enseñarlo,luego nos dicen que el precio de la vivienda es precio cerrado y nos enteramos en el banco que la vivienda es por subasta ,y lo mejor de todo es que le pido la nota simple para ver si la vivienda tienes cargas y me dice que sin problema que mañana me la mandacomo si estuvieran ocultando algo y así llevo 10 días esperándola y nada pera para pedirme la señal del 2% le falto tiempo en pedirmela,no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria porque no son nada profesionales ,son una vergüenza van solo a engañar.
