Sun Villa Catalonia

Negative experience: Scammer, the Russian owner of the real estate Sun Villa. We bought an apartment and a parking space and paid the property tax to the town hall of Arenys de Mar, and the curb cut is not legalized due to the failure of the developer to get away with it. The town hall wants to close it on us.

Negative experience: We were deceived, promotion in Santa Susanna with many problems and the owners are still without solutions. At first, they give you trust, but once you have signed the deed, they disengage, providing no solutions to anything. Personally, I am a person with reduced mobility; in 2023, they told me they would install a railing by the pool, all turned out to be empty promises, they did not install anything, in the end, the community installed it and there are many such problems. I recommend not buying anything since there are also problems in a promotion in Pineda de Mar. They are also building in Areys de Mar, BE CAREFUL!!!

Negative experience: The properties they sell and manage are just problems for the buyer. They are liars. Developer built in Santa Susanna and everything went wrong and we were deceived. Now they are in Areys de Mar, be careful with these people. I recommend not to deal with them.

Negative experience: Do not rent from Sun Villa Catalonia!!! If anything goes wrong, you will not get any compensation. Only lies that things have been fixed, but they are not. The handyman always fixes things when you are away but they still won't work! Addition to this, if any of the property equipment is not working, it is then 'private' and not supposed to be in your use. Even though in the pictures of the property you can clearly see these equipments. If you want a nice holiday in Spain - stay away from Sun Villa Catalonia!!!
