The process was very good and within the timelines we estimated. Both before and after the purchase, Carlos was always there to help us with any questions at any time. Negative experience: They are scammers, the treatment is very regrettable, the sales representative is impressively rude, and their boss is even worse. I do not understand how people like this work in customer service; they are rude usurers and scammers, they do not deserve to have a job. Please do not trust them.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and with excellent service. We bought a bank property with them. I had previously visited numerous properties and dealt with many agents, and honestly, none were like Carles. In fact, we made the first offer based on his intuition (since they usually don't accept very low offers), and later we opened a negotiation to bring our offer a bit closer. In the end, we agreed on the purchase price. During the process, we visited the property several times, and he adapted very well to our schedules. I also went to their office with my small children, and his colleague provided them with colors and papers to paint. In summary, I am very happy with the treatment received from Homellar Maresme; if I could buy again, I wouldn't hesitate to talk to them.

Negative experience: Muy pocos profesionales, se nota que la jefa no tiene ni graduado escolar. Leer muy bien los contratos porque os engañaran todo lo que puedan, para que siempre salga perdiendo el que no es cliente suyo.

Negative experience: Mal Servicios, poco profesional, la jefa habla mal a los empleados y los trata como si fueran basura( increíble pero cierto, se ve que es una negrera, que solo piensa en el dinero y la da igual el trato y las personas)
