Negative experience: Very poor management, disorganized and unconcerned about its own customers. They have not taken into account at any time to meet our basic needs for the rental where we have been living for over 2 years, nor have they respectfully prioritized our wish not to receive visits while we are renting. It's exhausting. They only write to me to ask for things, but they do not resolve the issues we have had since day one.

Negative experience: Very poor management in administering parking spaces, they do not care about the maintenance or the safety of the users and clients who pay punctually... remote controls that do not work and everything is long... burnt fluorescent lights for months, everything is just words, without actions... if there is ever an accident, due to the lack of visibility, they will have a serious problem, although I hope they solve it before going on vacation, it's not that hard to change a fluorescent light and a remote control!

Negative experience: They are not trustworthy. They deceive and lie to make you believe they are good people and then do what they want. Don't trust them. And if you want to contract with them, they ask for cash that they take without declaring. Their commission is in 'B'. Be very careful with Marta, she is not a good person. She has 'selective memory' and acts very shamelessly when she is in front of you, but she won't hesitate to stab you in the back. She has no shame or scruples. Look carefully at other reviews, I am not the first nor will I be the last one they take for a ride.

Negative experience: I don't understand how a company that calls itself a real estate agency and wastes your time with paperwork has so many good ratings. Oh, yes! Most of them are fake profiles that have only one review! (Look closely, I'm not lying... it's all a scam to appear professional). In short: there were people who told me to be patient with this agency, but in the end, the nerves and stress you experience with the staff managing the company would be compensated by what they have in stock. Nothing to do with it: wasted time with useless paperwork, they sell you smoke or illuminate you with a property and at the last moment they tell you that it's no longer available but that 'this other one is'... A shame to call themselves a real estate agency and a lack of respect for the others in the same sector.

Negative experience: Deixa força que desitjar. Desde el primer dia que vam llogar una casa vam notar poca empatia i desinterés per part del Nil, responsable d’ensenyar-nos-la. Malauradament, ens corria pressa i no teníem més opcions. A partir d’aquí, durant l’any que hem estat a la casa, tot ha sigut molt lent i difícil d’arreglar els desperfectes que sortien. Si realment necessitaves que t’ajudessin, només ho feia la Merce.
