Positive experience: The holiday apartment we got was spacious; however, the cleaning, and especially the kitchenware, left much to be desired. There was no supervision before entry, dirty kitchenware, insufficient items, and a malfunctioning water heater. We were given what we asked for, but out of the 15 days we stayed, it took almost a week to resolve issues... unbearable heat and they were unable to provide us with a fan. On the main street with heavy traffic and the Rías Altas festival... Three nights of sleeplessness! Impossible to park, music until four in the morning, and outrageous drunkenness until nine in the morning. A lack of control and infrastructure, and a lack of organization on the part of the City Council, and as for the agency, not having warned us about the situation...

Negative experience: In 2020, I bought a property sold by them. Very kind during the visit, but the property had 'hidden' defects that were never mentioned (at the time, I told Patricia about it, but she acted offended with the seller, and nothing changed: 'neither here nor there'). Moreover, I 'was very lucky because I was under 35 years old, was purchasing my first home, and its price was below €200,000; so I only had to pay a 3% ITP'. I signed the deed, and all the paperwork was done by the notary in Bueu, with whom they usually work (recommended by Patricia, the owner of the real estate agency), and NOBODY (neither the notary nor the agency) said otherwise... THE SURPRISE CAME IN 2024, WHEN A FEW WEEKS AGO THE TAX AGENCY CLAIMED THE 7% THAT WAS MISSING + INTERESTS... The responsible ones should pay the price; not me. It's sad to think you're in the hands of professionals... A shame. You can't trust anyone...

Negative experience: They don't care because it's not interesting to them. I was there some time ago and I had a file for renting or buying, I say had because I see that you took me off the list apparently. Last week I had a problem, so to speak, that your partner employee, I don't really know who Monse is, regarding a rental apartment in Bueu that I had agreed upon with the owners. This lady called me on Wednesday to ask for both our IDs to process a rental default insurance (in case we were on a list of property defaults, and it was mandatory for the rental). I provided everything via WhatsApp, then on Thursday she contacted me via WhatsApp (3:30 PM) to tell me she would call me at 5:30 PM, and during the call she informed me that the apartment was already rented and that I would be getting one free in Massó from the Freires company, this is what your employee or partner communicated to me. I believe that things are not like that, and at the very least she should have informed the owner that she had already shown me the apartment, which I didn’t even see, and that we had spoken about, and the only thing she talked to me about was asking for our IDs. On Thursday afternoon I went to the office, and the gentleman who attended us didn’t even address the subject; he told us there was a waiting list, which was never communicated to me. It is clear that she had someone above, when she knew perfectly well from the owner that I was already interested since December 2023, and she based her call to the owner on what she felt like while knowing that he is not here. The treatment is horrible because of this lady. I will take the appropriate measures. Best regards.

Negative experience: Horrible. Te piden mil avales para un alquiler (si es que hay alguno, porque en Bueu todo es para el turista, no se como nadie hace nada). Seguro de impago (que legalmente lo tiene que pagar el dueño no el inquilino) 2 meses de alquiler, nominas, aval bancario... Esta gente se cree que estan en nueva york o en madrid. Y aun con esas, dejamos datos por si entraba algo, sabemos de varios pisos libres, pero jamas hemos vuelto saber de ellos. Se ve que no ir de traje les influye mucho a la hora de escoger a quienes le enseñan piso y a quienes no.

Negative experience: Cuento lo que me pasó hará unos seis meses. Doy una estrella porqué menos no se puede. De todas las inmobiliarias con las que he podido contactar, nunca me había visto en esa situación. Estábamos buscando un piso para alquilar en Bueu. Nos hicieron una ficha y un perfil y nos dijeron que en cuanto tuvieran algo, nos avisarían. Contactamos con ellos mediante los anuncios de la web, porqué no nos llamaban y tampoco daban señales de vida. Cogí un día y contacté con otro nombre, diciéndole que era de fuera y que estaba interesada en el inmueble. Me llamaron a las dos horas y me dijeron que si lo quería ver. DE TRACA JAJA Mucho mensaje: "En breves nos pondremos en contacto con usted" pero ni caso Conclusión: CONTESTAN A QUIÉN LES CONVIENE No los recomiendo la verdad. Ahora cuanto lo que me ha pasado estas dos últimas semanas. Contacté con ellos porqué se alquila un local en Bueu en el cual estoy interesada. He contactado con ellos a través de la página web, del correo electrónico, y del anuncio que también tienen publicado en Idealista, y no me han contestado a ninguno de los varios mensajes que he enviado. Ha contactado una amiga preguntando lo mismo, y la habéis llamado a los 5 minutos!!! Pero que clase de profesionales sois??? Tratando así a la gente, y más del pueblo, lo único que conseguís es bajar la reputación que tenéis.
