Negative experience: We called the company Finca....S.L on June 6, 2024, to find out if the finca has electricity and water connections, as well as having other questions about the property. The contact person did not want to provide any information. They demanded that we first send a bank statement or proof by email that we also have sufficient financial means to purchase the property. So no creditworthiness proof, no information about the property! That's impossible!

Negative experience: I was treated by an absolutely unpresentable person with very little respect and little patience, who demanded that I first prove whether I had the money to purchase a property before answering my questions, such as whether the property had water or electricity. Not recommended, I advise everyone against this company.
