Negative experience: A disaster. I saw a property in photos that I liked. This was at the end of February. They called me to visit the property but always made excuses, saying there were tenants, that there were still objects to be removed from the property. Just in the week I was going to visit, after promising me I would be the first to see it, I noticed that the property was no longer on fotocasa, I called them and they hung up on me, then they told me that the owner had shown it and it was marked. Lack of morals, informality, and seriousness.

Negative experience: My partner and I were looking at a house that we liked and decided to buy. After several weeks without receiving any news, we found out from third parties that it had been sold to someone else. We are still waiting for the call from the real estate agency informing us of this. Also, they never answer the phone. There is little desire to work and sell; in short, it's a waste of time.

Negative experience: Incompetent, they neither answer the phone nor return calls, rating none.
