They don't make you sign anything, they present themselves as an architecture studio, tell you that they have clients, and ask you for photos to show them, and what they do is publish ads on their own without your permission on a bunch of property selling platforms.

Negative experience: We are delighted with Sergio's professionalism when handling the entire process of buying and selling our house. I rate it two stars simply because they could have informed us about the breakdown in the apartment (which, according to the owner, they were aware of) so that it wouldn't catch us by surprise. When an agency asks for over €10,000 to show you the apartment twice and process some paperwork, the least they can be is honest with buyers. We would have still bought the apartment, but knowing that we would have to undertake a major renovation.

Negative experience: Be careful with this David. We saw an apartment that was advertised for a price that he said already included all fees and financing costs. Surprise when we wanted to book it, as he wanted to add about €10,000 more, which was neither what he said nor the advertised price. Then, with an apology, he thinks he can fix everything, and we ended up without the apartment we were really interested in. Well, we will keep searching, but not with this guy....

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL, BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, I give them one star because I can't give them less. Be very careful with this agency, they say they are architects and that they offer a comprehensive service to the buyer for sale, advice, renovation, and financing, but I believe they are just pirates, only trying to sell everything they come across. We put a flat for sale directly, stating that we didn't want agencies, yet they called me because they had an interested buyer, saying this and that, they come and don't understand anything, take photos, ask a series of data, among them the square meters, and they promise to say something. The next day we found that they had posted an ad without our permission, with our personal data that we did not want to be published and with errors like the floor being parquet when the house had plastic flooring and stating a surface over 13 square meters than what we told them. I immediately called them and demanded that they remove the ad. If you look at their website, you will see that they have properties for sale in numerous places in Spain. Surely most owners are unaware that their property is being offered without their consent. I doubt that the reviews rating them as positive are mostly real, they must be from friends.

Negative experience: I speak as a buyer. In my opinion, the high commission (€8000) is thanks to the seller who did their part so that I could get the apartment. We signed the deposit contract in Alcobendas, with the buyer and seller being from Valdemoro. I had to request the appointment at the Notary myself. And regarding the liquidating office procedure, they tell you that for €200 they can do it for you; it seems that with the €8000, it doesn't cover that procedure.

Negative experience: Be very careful with them!! Liars, not transparent at all. According to the contract I signed with them, they were supposed to refund the fees if they couldn't obtain financing from the bank, (which I managed to do in 2 weeks with another company, under better conditions). I have asked for a refund 5 times and in most cases they don't even respond, and if they do respond, it's to blame the bank for needing to issue a certificate. To take my money, they didn't need anything, they were very, very quick. I will ultimately have to sue them for fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Negative experience: El vendedor de Daurum Valencia, muy agradable y trajo a 6 potenciales compradores. Su gestión como inmobiliaria, fatal. Me pusieron un plazo apretadísimo en el contrato de arras de mi casa (1 mes q pretendieron reducir a las 3 semanas) para venderla, comprar otra y mudarme. No me tramitaron ni el certificado de eficiencia energética, ni la nota simple, ni la información sobre si era una VPO pública o privada. A 3 días de la firma, me dijeron que eso sólo podía averiguarlo el propietario. Me pidió el tf de mi banco para pactar el horario en que podía ir su representante para la cancelación de mi hipoteca y la víspera, no les había llamado y aún no sabíamos la hora de la firma. Tuve que gestionar yo con la notaría que fuese por la tarde, para lo cual no tenían ninguna pega. No mediaron con la compradora el plazo para la entrega de llaves así que tuvimos que discutirlo entre nosotras frente al notario. Ellos cobran sus 6000 y no discuten. Conclusión: "zapatero a tus zapatos".

Negative experience: I see that all the sellers are very happy. As a buyer, they are just more liars in the industry, charging you a 4-5% commission (€10,000 for an apartment of €220,000) and telling you that the windows are climalit, the boiler is unused, and all the benefits. I had to change the windows and the boiler immediately; they were pathetic. More than €8,000 for the joke. Go see apartments with someone who understands architecture and renovations, never trust real estate agents! Especially if it's your first time buying an apartment or you are from out of town. At least they showed the apartment and facilitated the paperwork, but €10,000 for that? It's a joke.

Negative experience: Be very careful with them! We lost the home we wanted because of the lies from the real estate agent. That's why I recommend the following: - get everything in writing - make sure they don't have the property exclusively - ensure that the financial offer you make for the property is the same as the one the seller receives (they tend to lie) - read the visit sheet in detail before signing. I hope what happened to us doesn't happen to you, good luck! Edit: the office is in Alcobendas, not Valencia as you reply, I know very well what I'm talking about.

Negative experience: I visited an apartment that I was interested in, among other things, because of the patio. I arrived late, but I had previously asked for directions about the transport to the area, warning that I wouldn't arrive at the scheduled time. I was greeted by a 'professional', I apologized for the delay, and she told me that we barely had time, that the visit had to be quick. As soon as I entered, I smelled dampness, and I mentioned it… she replied that it was not damp but smelled closed, with peeling paint and stains of humidity… I couldn't see the patio because she didn't have the keys, I asked about the community fees, and she didn't know‍♀️. Lack of professionalism, I was looking for an agency to sell and buy, logically, I won't contact them again. I asked for the name of the person who showed me the apartment and I'm waiting for a response. I would give a 0.

Negative experience: As a buyer, I had a terrible experience. They have no idea about legal procedures, they are NOT professional at all, they do not help or support you, they even treat you badly and you will pay them a fortune, because their commission is extremely high, it was going to be 5% for me and the buyer pays it in full... they are the WORST real estate agency (or salesperson I had the misfortune of encountering) I have ever come across in my life. Thankfully, in the end, I didn't buy with them because their management was DISASTROUS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. By the way, almost all the 5-star reviews are false or from family or friends because I am from Alcobendas and NOBODY speaks well of them, at least not about that salesperson who I unfortunately had to deal with.
